'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

Waters of Leith and Pentlands are close by. The Historic Colinton Village is 10 minutes walk down the hill.

First time Edinburgh and can definitely say that I wouldn't chose anywhere else to stay when returning. The location was really good; lots of nearby superstore, airport was close by and easy to get to town. But the photos didn't do it justice ; it was amazing! Hotel standard. I enjoyed my stay at Anne-Marie's house very much. The surroundings were beautiful, and the house was quiet and peaceful. The fridge and kettle in the room was very useful and the provision of filtered water was great! I was able to get into town easily on the buses and also be near a friend who lived locally. The bus to the airport was very convenient with a stop in the village. It was a wonderful part of my experience of Edinburgh! Thank you, Anne- Marie!
