Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

The newly renovated forester's house is located in the heart of the Drava Valley between Spittal and Lienz and is perfect for families and groups looking for tranquility and many excursion opportunities. The next largest town is Dellach in the Drava Valley and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
