Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Herkimer County

Jons place was exactly as described! The king bed was extremely comfortable, the couch coz, and the kitchen large! Bring laundry detergent, trash bags, and be ready to drive and take all of the trash out (we had a Convertible so had very little room in our car to do this). Lovely walk to everything in town! Would absolutely stay again!

Scott’s place was very cozy. My husband, 2 dogs and I enjoyed our thanksgiving stay very much. Beautiful kitchen to spend in cooking all day. The hot tub was lovely on the cold snowy days. The wild life - deer were very friendly. I was able to pet and feed them. They came to visit each day. Stunning place. Please be mindful if you are bringing pets, that there is a pet fee and to inquire to your host, as this was not mentioned/requested from me until 2 days after reservation (pet fee is quite expensive)!!! However, very nice place!

We had a very rainy weekend. The set up of the house, the basement and the covered deck made that irrelevant. We had a great time and discovered we all had a hidden dinosaur killer in us! So much fun!!

Little miscommunication at first but it got all sorted out quickly. Tricia was very understanding and made it right! Beautiful place and had everything we needed. Definitely will be looking into booking this place again in the summer!

Was an amazing place for our family getaway for the weekend! Went on a walk through the local trail down the street. The caretaker came by to mow and told us things to do nearby and was very friendly which was nice! We were greeted by a family of deer which was awesome! Restaurants and store are a minute away! The steakhouse was AMAZING! Also the hot tub was THE BEST PART! The house is beautiful! The master bathroom is phenomenal! We really can't wait to go back next year! It's worth every penny!!

We took a weekend trip as a group of busy moms. We went away to find peace and be in nature and thats exactly what we got. The house was in great shape and well maintained.

We stayed at Jon's place for our snowmobile trip. Jon was extremely helpful with letting us know the local restaurants and where to ride. He went over and above trying to help us plan our daily rides. The BBQ was also put away for the winter but once asked about it, he got it out for us without hesitation. The cottage itself is nice homey place with a wood stove and separate games room where everyone can hang out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

Amazing beautiful place to stay. Matched the description a tee, clean, and everything inside that you could need. Close to everything for walking distance and such. Great restaurants with polite people everywhere. Hot tub was amazing well kept and Jon did really well communicating everything with us for easy check in and check out!! Will definitely be back! We loved our stay. Pictures do not do the house justice - very comfortable, wonderful deck space, pool was ideal, and kayaks and canoe were used daily. Gorgeous quiet space to relax and unwind. Loved the dog wash station - especially after several muddy hikes! The outdoor fireplace was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.

This was my first experience with airbnb and I will say Brian has set the bar so high, the place was gorgeous inside and out, he was responsive with any questions I had, proactive with information to make check in and out easy and simple. The place felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be booking again with Brian in the future. Loved it.

It was such a beautiful place to celebrate with our friend’s 30th birthday! Very clean and the Jacuzzi was great! The guys enjoy the pool table they had! Defiantly recommend anyone to stay there for a get away.

We enjoyed our stay at Leanne's cabin - there's sort of a waterfall running right by the backyard that is easily accessible. The wood stove kept us warm inside, while the hot tub did its job outside - we spent a lot of time in there stargazing! As others mentioned, the water in the cabin has a slightly sulfuric smell, albeit harmless - if you can't stand it, better to get some gallon jugs for drinking water. Leanne was super helpful, flexible, and responsive, we'd love to come back again if she'll have us! Also, for what it's worth, the WiFi in the cabin was super fast.

We had our micro wedding here. It started out as a rainy day. Right before the start of the wedding the clouds broke and sun came out! Made this moment even more beautiful. The rental had plenty board games to keep the kids busy. The wheelhouse is very beautiful and with the amt rain we were able to see it fully at work. The scenery is very cozy and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with every amenities you would need. They even had spices and coffee supplies which you don’t often see in many Airbnb spaces. The beds were very cozy! I had back surgery 2 months ago and slept so comfortably. The master bath is very romantic. They provide you with laundry supplies as well which is a huge plus.

Ashley's place was so peaceful and beautifully decorated. It has two great rooms on the bottom floor with the most amazing bathroom along with a huge kitchen and livingroom. the kitchen has a massive island and it is fully stocked. The living room has reclining chairs that was so comfortable. Then on the upper floor there is a big bedroom with multiple beds and another adorable bathroom. The upper floor has another full living room with a big TV and comfy reclining chairs. This place is perfect for couple families that are traveling together but want some separate space. We had a wonderful time visiting Cooperstown and Glimmerglass festival which is so close to Ashley's place. If that's not enough, Ashley is such a great communicator and when I left my planner behind, she offered to mail it to back to me. Such great service! I will definitely be booking her place again next summer!
