The detached vacation home is located in the middle of the beautiful city of Herdecke right next to the pedestrian zone. The quaint half-timbered house invites you to relax and recharge. In the immediate vicinity are all kinds of shopping facilities. The Ruhr is within walking distance, as well as all downtown restaurants and bars. The train station is about 3 minutes away by car. The historic house has been professionally restored and thus has a very special charm.

Here you will find peace and quiet in nature. City about 15 min. walk (it goes relatively steeply uphill). Hiking trail below the house. Parking space for cars at the house. Public transport is easily accessible. Well equipped and well heated apartment in a quiet area, with nice autumn colors. We didn't see Mark, but he asked several times if everything was to our liking. Everything worked, was clean and well taken care of.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was a wonderful “home base”. My daughter particularly enjoyed the play corner with toys and books. That kept her busy for a long time while the adults got ready. Unfortunately when we were there it was raining the entire time so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony, but it also looked lovely. The parking space behind the building was a bit too tight for our large car (especially for comfortably getting our baby car seat in and out) but the parking garage directly next to the building was convenient and not too expensive so we didn’t really mind. I can confidently recommend staying here. 👍🏼

We had a nice stay in Dortmund Herdecke! The apartment was clean and exactly as described. It could have been a little more cozy if the apartment was heated in front of it. Check-in was straightforward, and Naiara was super friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

Especially practical: the parking lot right in front of the door 🚗 The communication was also great – uncomplicated and warm. We would have liked to have stayed longer than just one night, because you can really enjoy yourself here 😊

Simone’s place is amazing, located in the centre od Herdecke in a beautiful neighborhood. The place has everything you need, including a nice terrace for sunny days. :) In addition, Simone is extremely nice and friendly. She helped us with local recommendation and made everything for us to have a pleasant stay. We will definitely recommend the place and would come again :)
