Tolles Haus! Zum Strand La Roquille sind es nur ein paar Meter durch die Dünen. Wir waren Mitte Juni mit fünf Personen da und hatten den Strand unter der Woche fast für uns alleine. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein - wir haben sie aber ohnehin nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Ansonsten spielt sich das Leben am Strand oder der Terrasse ab. Marquise spendet jederzeit Schatten für die Sitzecke auf der Terrasse. Auf der Plancha macht kochen im Freien Freude. Kontakt und Empfang sehr unkompliziert. Caroline hat auch zwischendurch immer mal nachgefragt, ob alles okay sei. Kommen gerne wieder.

We’ve just returned from a week‘s stay at this beautiful location. Everything is as described and even better than pictured. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen has everything one could need. There is also an electric bbq outside, which we used a couple of times as well. There is a lovely gazebo out by the pool where we ate all of our meals. And the pool itself was definitely the highlight for the kids. It is nice and big and clean and was the perfect temperature. The garden was my personal favorite as it is so big, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The location is very quiet and private and since we had a car we never attempted to walk to Pézenas so I’m not sure how long this would take but the drive was about 10 min to the grocery store. Driving to the beach (we went to Sète) took about 40 min. The hosts are lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in south France.

Localisation idéale pour de belles découvertes dans la région, vue magnifique. Communication efficace avec les propriétaires et simplicité de la boîte à clefs. Au vu de la saison, piscine un peu froide pour en profiter. Nous devrons revenir en pleine saison! Une ou deux chaises longues supplémentaires seraient bienvenues autour de la piscine. Très bon séjour dans un endroit calme.

We were only there for two night but it was an amazing stop on our travels and truly a hidden gem. Linda was an amazing host who worked with us beautifully on our changing arrival time and gave us a great run down of the property when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Linda!

Sinan was attentive, responded quickly, and was flexible. The house was clean and nice and lived up to the pictures. However, we missed having a larger grill, which would probably have improved the overall experience for us. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

Rien ! C’est ce qu’il manque dans ce logement ! L’accueil d’Angelique a été parfait, elle a été disponible et très adaptable pour nous. Le logement est impeccable et tout y est pour passer un excellent moment en famille ou entre amis. Les boissons au frais à notre arrivée ont été très appréciées. Tout a été pensé avec goût et superbement décoré. L’extérieur est splendide, entre la piscine, le jacuzzi, le trampoline pour les enfants, tout le monde y trouve son compte. L’environnement est très calme et on peut aller faire de petites balades depuis la maison. Cerise sur le gâteau nos chiens étaient les bienvenus.

Villa was perfect, with everything we needed. Local shop was unreliable and closed sometimes , so we had to drive to hyper market . Pool was great and hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely laid out.

Un séjour exceptionnel à la Casa du Lez ! Nous étions un groupe de 10 amis et la villa a largement dépassé nos attentes. Spacieuse, moderne, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent moment, que ce soit à l’intérieur ou en extérieur. Les chambres sont confortables, les espaces de vie conviviaux, et il y a de quoi se détendre : piscine, terrain de pétanque, baby-foot, ping-pong, plancha... Tout est pensé pour profiter pleinement du lieu, dans une ambiance calme et sereine au cœur de la nature, tout en restant à seulement 15 minutes de Montpellier. Jeff a été très réactif et disponible, et l’organisation sur place était fluide et sans accroc. C’est une adresse qu’on recommande!

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

Un séjour très agréable où nous avons été vraiment bien accueilli par Benoit ! Il a été disponible / flexible à chaque moments où nous en avons eu besoin ! Tout était à disposition pour passer un agréable séjour ! Je recommande très fortement cette maison qui est calme propre spacieuse agréable et dispose d’une multitude d’accessoires. La partie chambre avec douche privative ainsi qu’une literie de qualité offre de vrais moments de repos… Et quoi de mieux qu’une maison climatisée ! Week end familial réussi grâce à la maison de Chrystelle et Benoît qui rassemble tout ce dont on a besoin pour un week-end détente en famille: piscines, terrain de pétanque, table de ping pong… Le logement est impeccable, propre, bien agencé et confortable pour que chacun est son espace. Chrystelle et Benoît sont extrêmement accueillants et arrangeants pour les horaires. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation le logement.

Arnaud est un hôte de qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce havre de paix, la maison est totalement conforme aux photos et les équipements sont incroyables. Merci à Arnaud pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l’année prochaine!

Très beau Logement, Samuel et sa femme sont très accueillant. Gentil et flexible. Nous sommes venus en week-end entre copines. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Lovely garden, great size pool, fabulous outdoor seating area. Traditional rustic farmhouse interior. Sebastien was a friendly and welcoming host who recommended great local places to visit and was very responsive to any queries. A car or a bicycle is essential. Wonderful bird life.

Très bon échange avec les propriétaires. Accueil sympathique et détendu. La location est très bien pensée. Le cadre est paisible. Tout est parfait. Le terrain de pétanque est un endroit bien aménagé. Les petites tortues ont beaucoup plu aux enfants. Je recommande vivement ce logement d'une facilité d'utilisation. Plusieurs endroits pour partager les repas. Un camping car de 2.65m de haut passe juste sous le carport. Et que dire de la piscine. Endroit relaxant. Les éclairages sont solaires donc autonomes. Des balades en vélo sont à envisager car le village se trouve sur une petite route sinueuse dans les bois. Bravo aux propriétaires d'avoir aménager un super air b&b convivial.

La maison impeccable très bien situé avec beaucoup d'activités autour,nous avons pas pu tous faire malheureusement en une semaine,nous reviendrons dans la région avec grand plaisir. la villa est bien équipée et très bien agencé la piscine et jacuzzi et un vrai plus malgré la fraîcheur de l'eau a 20/21 degrés les enfants on pu se baigner un peu . La literie au top du top on a très bien dormi . Je recommande vraiment. ps: pour les connaisseurs de vin je vous conseille vraiment d'aller a la closeraie qui se trouve a saint André de sangonis.

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from the poolside for more than a few hours! :)) Beautiful house, beautiful area, kind and friendly service from Eva and her husband. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Christel ist eine sympathische Gastgeberin und das Haus wundervoll. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem super Zustand. Solche Unterkünfte wie diese von Christel machen Ferien unvergesslich. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Jacuzzi ist ein zusätzlicher Höhepunkt. Unsere Kinder und wir haben es geliebt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Ça s'est très bien passé! Merci encore une fois à vous pour l'accueil, votre maison est très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Les hôtes sont à l’écoute et nous ont permis de nous sentir à l’aise dans cette maison. Je recommande à tous cette maison pour un séjour agréable et dépaysant.

Marie-Anne et Régis ont été des hôtes très accueillant. La maison est absolument parfaite pour un week-end en famille ou entre amis. Tout était prévu pour passer de bons moments !

Le cadre est très agréable, au calme avec la grande piscine et la place de parking. L’accueil est chaleureux et permet d’avoir les consignes, et les conseils de visites, restaurants, etc. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, au cours duquel nous avons rayonné pour visiter Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, Collioure, Minerve et bien d’autres. Concernant le logement, le wc séparé de la salle d’eau est un vrai plus. Il y a les essentiels sur place (machine à laver et étendoir, accessoires de cuisine, torchons…).
