Great house! The beach La Roquille is only a few meters through the dunes. We were there in mid-June with five people and had the beach almost to ourselves during the week. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms are small - but we only used them for sleeping anyway. Otherwise, life takes place on the beach or the terrace. The marquise provides shade for the seating area on the terrace at any time. Cooking outdoors on the plancha is a pleasure. Contact and reception very straightforward. Caroline also asked from time to time if everything was okay. We'd love to come back.

Ideal location for beautiful discoveries in the region, magnificent view. Effective communication with the owners and simplicity of the key box. Given the season, the pool is a little cold to enjoy. We'll have to come back in the middle of the season! One or two additional deck chairs would be welcome around the pool. Very good stay in a quiet area.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative on the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, be aware that the pool protection curtain is not functional. We were only there for two night but it was an amazing stop on our travels and truly a hidden gem. Linda was an amazing host who worked with us beautifully on our changing arrival time and gave us a great run down of the property when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Linda!

Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything has been thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is splendid, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

Villa was perfect, with everything we needed. Local shop was unreliable and closed sometimes , so we had to drive to hyper market . Pool was great and hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely laid out.

An exceptional stay at the Casa du Lez! We were a group of 10 friends and the villa far exceeded our expectations. Spacious, modern, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary to have a great time, whether indoors or outdoors. The rooms are comfortable, the living spaces are friendly, and there is plenty to relax: swimming pool, petanque court, foosball, ping-pong, plancha... Everything is designed to fully enjoy the place, in a calm and serene atmosphere in the heart of nature, while remaining only 15 minutes from Montpellier. Jeff was very responsive and available, and the on-site organization was smooth and seamless. We highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Elodie's for an evjf of 13 people. The room to live is large and warm. The on-site facilities (retro, speakers, barbecue) were perfect for our event. Beautiful accommodation renovated and thoughtfully thought out with great taste, where you can feel good and where everyone can have their own space. We loved the setting which is perfect for hikes and collective events. Be careful to note that the accommodation is lost and far from the city, provide what you need to avoid return trips. Thanks to Elodie for her kindness and responsiveness.

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Successful family weekend thanks to Chrystelle and Benoît's house, which has everything you need for a relaxing family weekend: swimming pools, petanque court, ping pong table... The accommodation is impeccable, clean, well arranged and comfortable so that everyone has their own space. Chrystelle and Benoît are extremely welcoming and accommodating for schedules. We recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

Lovely garden, great size pool, fabulous outdoor seating area. Traditional rustic farmhouse interior. Sebastien was a friendly and welcoming host who recommended great local places to visit and was very responsive to any queries. A car or a bicycle is essential. Wonderful bird life.

Very good interaction with the owners. Friendly and relaxing hospitality. The rental is very well thought out. The setting is peaceful. Everything is perfect. The petanque court is a well-equipped place. The children really liked the little turtles. I highly recommend this easy-to-use accommodation. Several places to share meals. A 2.65m high motorhome passes just under the carport. And what about the pool. Relaxing place. The lights are solar so autonomous. Bike rides are to be considered because the village is on a small winding road in the woods. Congratulations to the owners for creating a great friendly B&B.

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. Sinan was attentive, responded quickly, and was flexible. The house was clean and nice and lived up to the pictures. However, we missed having a larger grill, which would probably have improved the overall experience for us. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

Accommodation is even better than in the photos! Beautiful ceiling height in the living room, the beds are comfortable (even the bunk beds). The pool is great and the garden furniture is very nice. There were 9 of us and we had a great stay. Only small downside: the fridge had been lowered by the previous guests which made us lose our small ice cream in the freezer😢!
