Holiday rentals with breakfast in Henley Beach

Very thoughtfully renovated property. Front is period home with solid walls. The back has a very nicely specified modern extension. Beautifully landscaped. The reading window looks out to bamboo and Japanese maple, thoughtfully illuminated at night. We brought our 20 month old toddler and the place felt very safe to let her wander and explore. We always worry about how our baby will sleep, but she slept so well in the comfortable bed and crisp sheets. Overall, super spacious, comfortable, clean and luxe. Thank you for having us.

We stayed here with our wedding party ahead of our wedding in the hills. The property was big and great for a group of our size. Angus and Anoushka gave us plenty of helpful information to help us enjoy our stay. We loved being so close to the Stirling village. Thanks!

I had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed Mt time in the airbnb. I hope to return to the beautiful McLaren Vale again and would definitely stay a second time.

What a great place to stay. Old, but clean and specious with everything you would want including home grown tomatoes and homemade fig jam. the gardens, unfortunately affected by the drought, are great. We would have loved to see them in their full glory. The owners were great also and promptly top us up with a couple of items we were running out of. We would certainly stay again.

This was our third wonderful stay at Ochre Point Beach House. Jess and Tyson were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our visit. The house was perfectly equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need—they truly thought of every detail. The views were absolutely breathtaking. We also really appreciated the little extras, it all made us feel so welcome and at home. It’s clear that Jess and Tyson genuinely care about their guests’ comfort, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, well-thought-out stay!

This place was a wonderful retreat. A large home with very big rooms but comfortable and welcoming. A little tricky at times with one bathroom but the surroundings and being adjacent to the beach made even that seem like the holiday houses of old. Such a great spot - we would love to return in warmer weather when we can spend more time on the front deck. Beautiful

Our group had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and use of the projector. We enjoyed the space greatly and highly recommend to all. All communication was greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us. We would love to return again.

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. A big thank you to our hosts ☺️

The apartment was ideal for the few days we were in Adelaide. Had everything we needed to be completely comfortable. We were able to walk to local cafes, parks and catch the bus. Defiantly recommend.

Great location for an Airbnb, right by the sea front -lots of places to eat nearby and easy access to the tram (just use your debit card to tag on when boarding the tram -super easy for us visiting from WA) Everything felt very safe, which was great for us with 3 small kids. Playground & Beach House for kids entertainment within 5-10 min walk. Doughballs restaurant great for kids too! We found Julie’s apartment to be very clean, had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay :)

Cath's place is in an awesome location. Handy to great food & drink venues + public transport as well as North Terrace, the cultural heart of Adelaide. The apartment is modern, clean & well equipped. Everything you will need is here. Highly recommended.

A quite, comfortable and spacious apartment, close to the centre of Glenelg and the beach.

Ann’s cottage is located on a quiet cul de sac in a residential neighborhood which was a perfect spot for us because we were attending a friend’s nearby wedding. The accommodation was clean, roomy and well appointed. The little enclosed outdoor sitting area was a unique feature where we enjoyed our morning coffee. And Ann was the perfect hostess. Available when needed, but she gave us both plenty of space and privacy. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit!

If anyone is looking for a cozy, peaceful and stress-free place to stay, I would highly recommend Tiny house at Prairie. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, prompt in responding and they made sure we were comfy. The location is perfect for short getaways and even longer ones if you are peace and nature lover. The whistling trees at evenings, birds singing, ducklings swimming, early morning hopping of Kangaroos, one will definitely fall for this place. Me and my husband had a great time, we would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this cute and cozy place.

Rob and Ade are superhosts for excellent reason - They have truly prepared an outstanding accomodation stay for their guests, which is well-catered, warmly welcoming and truly all encompassing, down to the array of breakfasts, snacks and common household goods you forgot you needed! Plus extra! We truly want to thank Robin and Ade for allowing us to experience their welcoming abode. It was such a delight to spend time here with our little girl, who also enjoyed her time and was well catered for, too! You know those AirBnBs where checkout time is approaching but you just don't want to leave? Well this is one of those places! Perched high up on a hill, overlooking a valley, Jean's place has the most incredible views. There's rarely a sound except for the sounds of nature - birds singing, kangaroos hopping by, bees buzzing. If a place to relax, rest and recharge is what you're looking for, this is your spot. And Jean is a wonderful and thoughtful host, to add to it all. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I'd love to come back some day!

Absolutely incredible is how i describe this location. The host was amazing to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. An excellent location if you are looking to explore the adelaide hills as i was. The bedroom is an amazing place to wake up in with the big windows to see all the lush greenery outside. The place is so clean with exactly everything you need. Cant wait to stay again.

Loved our weekend stay at 3 Pairs. Golf on Friday, great food & service @ Varsarelli's & Carmels. visited some excellent wineries walking distance & got to see the Cyclists come through the main street. Thanks Mike.....we'll be back 👍
