We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

We all loved our stay here, beautiful memories made in a place that is the epitome of what you need for the most authentic British seaside holiday and experience. The space is spotless and in the best location on site. Everything you could possibly need is there and it just made it so easy to just get on and enjoy our precious family time!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Really lovely cottage, well equipped and appointed. Excellent facilities inside, all top quality furnishings and fittings and kitchen utensils etc. Nothing more that you could wish for. Really good welcome pack, which was unexpected, with crisps, eggs, bread, jam and apple juice, plus butter in the fridge (well it was the hottest weekend of the year so far), plus tea, coffee etc. Parking right outside, although on a first come basis, but we managed to park here each night. We had a very busy weekend in the area, so only really got back to the cottage to sleep and have breakfast, so maybe we didn't make the best use of the place, but if you were on a more relaxed break than the cottage would be an ideal place to get some R&R. 100% recommended and Rachael was particularly helpful in her comms, all very well explained. Would be happy to stay here again if in the area.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Scratby! Communication with the host was friendly and prompt from the start, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, peaceful and close to everything we needed. This is only superseded by the stunning views. The garden is beautifully designed and plenty of seating to capture the sun all day. The house itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and well-equipped with everything we could have possibly needed, the welcome hamper on arrival was such a lovely touch! All the bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds, making it ideal for our group of 7 adults and 1 dog. We loved the garden bar and dartboard too! It truly was the perfect break, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our short break here, with 4 adults and 2 children. A nice touch having some drawing and pencils and some welcome items for the grown ups. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The beach was just a ten minute walk. There aren’t allocated parking spaces but we managed to find spaces easily with two cars. We’d definitely stay here again.

We fell in love with Matt's place - such beautiful decor, super clean, amazing views from the garden. This was definitely my favourite ever Airbnb stay, and I can't wait to come back. 100% recommended!

Cowslip Mead is a fantastic place to stay. Extremely comfortable and clean and furnished to a very high standard. Beautiful, quiet location which was a great base for visiting family. Sarah and Bob are very welcoming and helpful - we hope to stay again.

David was a very responsive host. The lodge was everything we were expecting. The garden was secluded and peaceful. Would recommend a stay at Lain Lodge.

We had a great time. Will recommend to people . Walked into town but was ok once we realised about the clipper bus every 15min from top of the road, was better for us older ones hehe. The accommodation was brilliant thank you 👍

This was a lovely property, extremely clean and tidy. It’s an excellent location to explore the surrounding countryside, the broads and local nature reserve. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

The stable conversion is stunning. Everything feels new, clean, high tech and all needs are catered for. The photos do not do it justice. It is lovely to sit in the garden in comfortable seats or in the lounge and view the garden. Juliet provided everything we needed to give us a good start - milk tea coffee etc. We chatted to them several times and they were helpful in giving advice on places to visit. We visited Winterton on sea and Horning both well worth a day out. If we had more time it would have been a idea place for more visits

Great house - clean, comfortable and very well equipped. (It’s very rare to find good knives AND a knife sharpener, not to mention beach towels.). The promised quiet and calm was delivered; we had fresh flowers in the house which was surrounded by lovely planting. The village is so tiny and verdant that we felt very isolated whereas in fact it was easy to find with a drive of a bare 10 minutes to Holt. Congratulations to Peta for such a thoughtful provision. Next time we stay we would like thank you personally.

So much care has gone into making this place a sanctuary for people to enjoy, with an appreciate for the outdoors and nature at its heart. We had such a peaceful stay here. Thank you so much.

Beautifully presented. Well equipped. Flexible for people with dogs, loads of space for them to move around. Yet it was very clean throughout and all bedrooms comfortable and cosy. Garden was perfect. Children’s area, hot tub, BBQ and importantly for us, peace and quiet. The views are outstanding and I would certainly recommend and come back. Thank you for having us

Caroline the owner was very quick in answering questions I had. It is a lovely house and garden. We felt very comfortable their for the week and a vonus the weather was beautiful. We parked at the back of the property without any problems. It is very close to all the amenities in the village. There are a couple of really good restaurants and a good pub in the centre of the village (Cley Next The Sea).

We loved this cottage and its location. We settled very quickly and found all that we needed. The beds were really good, some of the most comfortable we have found in Air B&B's. Suzanna quickly responded to all and any queries and it was clear that she was ensuring great service and that we had a good stay. If you like a quiet and peaceful break - this is a great place. Well located for trips to places of interest, or simply country and especially costal walks and adventures. It was really close to Horsey Gap and the beach, and although not crowded, we saw seals everytime we went down, especially in the early mornings! We are grateful for a lovely holiday and may well go back to Seal Cottage sometime - and that's not something we do too often - it was just so lovely.
