Well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy your dinner at the table near the fireplace. Couch corner with TV streaming, dresser is stocked with games. You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hot plates and cookware, or you can order breakfast by us (at an additional cost) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee to the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. If you want to go to the North Sea, it is only a 15 minute walk away. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Lovely holiday home located in Bork Hytteby 2 km from Bork Harbour and overlooking the nature reserve Tipperne. The house is furnished with 2 bedrooms as well as a loft, best own for max 4 people. In the bathroom is a washer and dryer for free use. The kitchen is well equipped and also includes a microwave and dishwasher. The cottage is located on a 600 m ² natural plot. It is 6 km to the North Sea. Falen Å runs close to the house, and is great for paddleboarding, kayaking.

Non-smoking house, and no pets. Bring your own: Linens, sheets (beds 2* 140 cm + 2*90cm), towels and tea towels. Bookings made after May 10, 2025, include 25 kWh of electricity per day. Additional consumption is settled upon departure at 3.00 DKK/kWh.
