Very clean, comfortable cottage in wooded area. Friendly Host. Good communication - we had a small problem with the shower and that was resolved professionally immediately. Small downside: mattress of the double bed quite hard. Not everyone finds this pleasant.

Top location! Accommodation as described and spacious enough for friends/family. Beautifully located in the center with a laser game thing opposite. Very cozy! Jean-Claude was also great!

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful typical house. Very practical for 4 couples. Easy access, close to shops and possible to walk to Lille (30 min). An excellent price/location compromise. The hosts were perfect and very responsive. Definitely recommend.

A perfect stay! The accommodation is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt at ease there. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. Responsive, welcoming, and considerate host. We had a great time and will gladly come back again. I recommend it 100%!

An amazing night offered to my husband for his birthday. Having already done several hot tubs, this one is exceptional, and has the little something extra. The pole-dance bar in the bedroom and the centerpiece make the place special. The cleanliness is flawless and the spa is cozy. We will probably test the second hot tub in preparation!

Beautiful little quiet apartment, very nice and private garden (no annoying neighbors), very well equipped and functional. There is everything you need for a vacation. Very good communication with Tadeu and Lucie who were very responsive and did not hesitate to send us an email the day before our arrival to communicate some recommendations. Upon arrival, a welcome booklet was waiting for us with remote control instructions, etc. and brochures on Lens. Do not hesitate to go to the bakery right next to the building, which is worth it and has very nice saleswomen.

Very nice host, fluid and responsive communication, all the instructions were very clear, a pleasure! The apartment has charm, it is not one of these investor airbnb furnished with 3 ikea cutlery, it is perfectly placed, it is impossible to do more central. In short, perfect for a Lille getaway!

Apartment in a great location for walking tours. Numerous restaurants nearby + parking. Close to metro. Anne very proactive and friendly. Good bottle of beer offered at check-in.

Spacious and pleasant home. We stayed with 4 people and that was fine to do. Communication with Sidi went smoothly. He responds quickly and friendly. House is a 30-minute walk from the old town but the metro is around the corner. Recommended.

Very good stay at this beautiful house! True to the photos, this house is perfect for a quiet family time enjoying the pool and surroundings.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

Very nice place, well maintained and very clean, really nice with children with the garden, pool and great toys (just had to move the fragile items in the living room, apologies Sabine for moving them!), great view, lovely kitchen and amenities, friendly host. Definitely recommend.

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.

Calm and soothing house. Ideal for relaxing with others, close to Lille and quickly accessible by bus from downtown. Hosts are very kind and flexible on departure and arrival times

The house is beautiful, in a quiet and privileged environment but at the same time very accessible. The house was clean and well equipped but a little in its juice (paint, dishes, bedding, bedding, bathroom, would deserve a little refurbishment) There is a large master bedroom with great bedding but the bed on the other bedroom is a 150x190!! Really limit for couple! Murielle who welcomed us was extremely flexible, responsive and attentive. She came back to give us a 2nd set of keys, responded to us very quickly when we were unable to manage the heating and was very understanding when we had to return cushions that we had taken by mistake! Super nice!
