Holiday rentals with a patio in Helvoirt

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in unserer Unterkunft. Zu Fuß kann man sich schöne Parks an gucken und mit der nah gelegenen Bahn kommt man schnell in das Zentrum von Antwerpen. Trotzdem war es eine gute ruhige Lage mit mehreren Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Es gibt sogar eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Nähe mit sehr gutem selbstgemachten Brot. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Zusammengefasst war es eine sehr schöne entspannte Woche, und ich würde es immer wieder machen!

It was very enjoyable experience living at the accommodation. We had all what we needed. Everything was clean and perfect. The host was great and helpful. I would recommend it for all my friends.

Nette, vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Leuk gelegen appartement. Fijne bedden. Meer dan voldoende ruimte en netjes. Erg gezellige stad. Komen zeker terug!

A very homely place with friendly hosts who were always responsive, flexible and helpful. The toilet is just outside the apartment in the communal hall, but it was for our sole use, and was not at all a problem, so don't let that put you off. The bedroom and ensuite shower in particular are very stylish and look to have been newly refurbished. A lot of thought has been put into providing everything you could possibly need, and making the place comfortable. We especially appreciated the mattress toppers for the sofa beds, and slept very well.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett, Schrank und einem Esstisch. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Zwischenraum mit der Kochnische. Daneben findet man das Bad mit großer Dusche. Für einen längeren Aufenhalt wäre natürlich ein separates Wohnzimmer mit Sofa optimal, aber uns hat es gereicht + man hatte eine schöne private Terrasse. Man hat also alles was man braucht! Der Check-In war sehr einfach über einen rechtzeitig mitgeteilten PIN. Vor dem Haus gab es kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir haben wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Pfingst-Feiertage etwas viel gezahlt für 2 Nächte, aber wir waren trotz dessen sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen! Florian und Anna waren stets erreichbar und haben uns immer gut weitergeholfen. Alles in einem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es war alles so wie auf den Bildern, wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Bahn ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und man braucht dann so um die 12 Minuten in die City. 1 Min von der Unterkunft gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine besonders schönes Café. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr angenehm und klar.

Logement hyper agréable dans un endroit paisible. Le logement est très confortable, pratique et décoré avec soin. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Yvonne est très amical et super réactive par message. Mension spéciale pour le lit hyper confortable, on aurait dit un petit nuage.

The flat was cute und simple. The bar next door just opened and we had a really great time there. It was so nice that i will probably come back some time. The house itself (and also the staircase) is very pretty and the owner is a very cool dude who does sculptures.

Stans place was fantastic, the house is lovely and has everything that you need. Stan was very friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. The area is peaceful, clean and safe. The bus stop to Eindhoven is at the end of the road and there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away. We would definitely recommend Stan’s place and would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay with Alberto. The house and furniture are a bit old, but it is spacious and comfortable. Alberto was easy to contact and willing to help if we needed anything. There is parking outside the door and it was always free. The large garden is a big plus for the warmer seasons.

Schöne, sehr schick eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir waren zum Fischen da und hatten keine weiten Wege ans Wasser. Gerne wieder.

Maison fantastique avec une très belle âme. On s’y sent rapidement bien et cela permet de profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous y sommes allés avec un bébé et tout le nécessaire était déjà installés. Nous y retourneront très certainement !

Very lovely and peaceful place. It felt like home. I love how Karen & Tom did put an effort to make this place a special stay for guests. Clear instructions, friendly & responsive host, spotless place, well equipped kitchen, peaceful & romantic place in the nature. Supermarkets are like 5 minutes driving in a lovely small town. We loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi. Whenever I’m in the area I would definitely book this place again.

Dit huisje in Groesbeek is heerlijk! Er is een super fijne tuin die erg netjes onderhouden is en waar je heerlijk kunt genieten van de stilte met alleen wat kwakende kikkers in de vijver. Het huisje is erg ruim, het was erg netjes en schoon toen wij aankwamen, en er zijn veel voorzieningen die het verblijf aangenaam maken. De locatie is top en hottub en sauna zijn natuurlijk ook super de luxe. Wij hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad! Dank daarvoor.

It is a lovely cosy chalet in a peaceful green area. It lacks some basics which we've discussed with the host as it is a new listing. this was really well received and I believe most of the tips will be resolved before the next guests arrive. The master bed is is really comfortable as is the luxurious bedding. The heater / airconditioning works well. Good value for your money! Thanks for the hospitality Luc!

Wij hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad met ons vijfjes. De woning is erg ruim, en gelegen in een rustige buurt. We werden ook nog verrast met een leuk welkomstcadeautje. Wij raden deze woning zeker aan!

Het appartement van Sharlene is goed bereikbaar met OV en heeft een supermarkt op korte loopafstand. Het appartement zelf zit op een mooie hoogte en is heel mooi ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt zit erin. Verder reageert Sharlene snel bij enige vragen.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Eefje. Le logement est spacieux et répondait à toutes nos attentes. L'extérieur est parfait pour le petit déj. les deux vélos à disposition nous ont permis de découvrir la ville et de nous mettre dans la peau de Néerlandais. Les deux chats sont très mignons et sociables

Fijne accomodatie met een stijlvolle en knusse inrichting. De ruimte is voorzien van een royaal dakterras. Elk raam is voorzien van een goede hor, waardoor de ruimte na een warme dag ontzettend makkelijk te luchten is. Anja is een hele vriendelijke host. Ze reageert snel op berichtjes, denkt mee en maakt dat je je snel welkom voelt. We hebben genoten van het verblijf!

Mionne was a great host. Always very fast with a response. The home was amazing with a large living area and an even better table in the kitchen. This was used for eating and playing games at night. The location cannot be beat, on a quiet street lined with shops, dining and drinks. Mionne sent pictures that anyone could follow, what the street looks like, what the front door looks like, what the lock box looks like to how to get the apartment key. Overall a great location and lots of room.
