We had a great weekend with friends at the lake. A great place for families to spend a few days on vacation. Always happy to come back!

Great location in a great park! We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. There's so much to do in and around the park, it was fantastic for our family with a 10 year old and a 14 year old daughter. The living room and kitchen and garden have a beautiful view on the lake and beach. The house is rather old, but is very well equiped. Pepijn, the host, was very helpful and always reacted quickly to our messages. It was a pity that we only stayed for a long weekend: we would have loved to stay for 1 or 2 full weeks! 😎

A spacious and especially clean house. We've had a different experience. We had a nice long weekend with the five of us. The instruction to get in was clear and for a few questions responded quickly via the Wapp. In short, a recommendation!

Mieke and Bard were exemplary and deeply human owners, who subtly understand the needs of their guests. The place they offer is a haven of peace that inspires calm and introspection, for musicians it is a place that is really conducive to work. This is the perfect place if you're looking to focus and refocus. It feels like part of the beautiful meadow that constitutes their garden at the bottom of which we find a very beautiful Bugalow (perfect for isolating and working the instrument). Mieke and her husband helped me a lot during my short stay in Hertogenbosch and I am extremely grateful to them. As you will understand, I highly recommend it.

Thank you for a great, relaxing weekend in a lovingly furnished cottage with a great garden :) We had a great time in the hot tub and super delicious pizza from the pizza oven 😊 The communication was great and the surroundings really nice! We will be happy to come back :)

We loved having the space, particularly in the garden which is private and peaceful and makes for a very relaxing stay in good weather. Nice to have a really well equipped kitchen and the washing machine came in very useful! Richard was a very considerate host and communication with him was easy. One surprise treat was the new and used vinyl shop just across the street. Despite being “the largest in the Netherlands” it doesn’t intrude on village life.

We were pleasantly surprised to find an a variety of animals, such as wallabies, white peacock and other beauties. what we overlooked was that the park is traffic free and that carts are provided to move from car to accommodation, which was not a problem.

A beautiful house with a lot of charm, the location is perfect & Thorn is a really very nice little town with nice restaurants, cafes and nice shops away from the chains. You can go for a wonderful walk, great surroundings, the dogs loved it, but it was very hot on our weekend. The house is cozy and beautifully furnished, we immediately felt very comfortable, the bed on the ground floor is very comfortable, but a little narrow/French. Everything is available to cook something, cutlery and dishes could be exchanged, partly with quirks and the fork and knife drawer could be thoroughly cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and had a few very nice days in this charming house. The communication with the landlords was very nice and friendly

Everything was perfect during my stay, from check-in to checkout! Listening owner, responsive and very kind, peaceful nature with birds singing constantly, a feeling of being in a timeless place so quiet and how cozy it is! Gielen is easily reachable by foot with its shops and lots of possible walks around. Thank you so much for the perfect welcome, I can't wait to come back!

Nice place. You don't necessarily get the cottage that's shown in the photo, that's what it says. Communication via AirBnB is in English, but special for a Dutch park. But had a great time!

Wonderful stay with all amenities, including hot tub. Beautiful surroundings and lots of peace in the park. We enjoyed it wonderfully.

the accommodation is very good, you feel like you are in a small house with two bedrooms and a beautiful living room. There are all the amenities you need for a family stay. the outside is very pleasant, garden with covered terrace (usable whatever the weather). Eddie is a pleasant, kind and responsive host who provides many directions before your arrival. Thanks to him. We recommend both the accommodation and the host.

Our stay was short but very pleasant. The cabin is tiny and cozy—just perfect for two, nothing more is needed. Clean, with efficient heating, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bed and bedding. One slight downside is the cleaning fee, especially since the house rules clearly state that guests are expected to clean up after themselves, take out the trash, and leave everything as they found it—under penalty of an additional charge. That said, the area is beautiful, and the mornings filled with birdsong are truly unforgettable! We highly recommend staying with these hosts. P.S. When arriving from the main gate, follow the main road to the lion statue—the cabin is right next to it. We arrived after midnight and had a hard time spotting the house numbers ;)) Best regards and thanks for everything ♥️
