Accommodates 2 adults+ 1 or 2 kids. Kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Underfloor heating. Close to the house is the area's communal pool (open summertime) , mini golf, boule court, tennis court, football field and playground. Also close to Västersjön and beautiful hikes. Warm welcome!

This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay overlooking Copenhagen. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking can be done both upstairs and downstairs in relation to the property.

During autumn and spring, nature invites you to lovely hikes and excursions. In winter, cross-country trails are offered nearby.

The cottage is 67 sqm with three bedrooms, a large living room with open plan, fireplace and exit to newly built large terrace. TV is available with access to Netflix (own account needed), YouTube and SVT Play. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher - all appliances are new. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The entire cottage has undergone a complete renovation, completed the summer of 2019. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

På Wilson Park bor du 10 minuters promenad till centrala Helsingborg med parkering utanför huset. Här bor ni i ett gathus från början av 1900 talet med en känsla av gammalt som möter nytt. Huset totalrenoverades 2022 och har en hög standard. På baksidan finner man en inhägnad baksida med två härliga altaner 50,30 kvm med alla bekvämligheter. Grill, solstolar, sittplats för 10 personer. Ett nyinstallerat spabad finns tillgängligt och kan bokas under vistelsen mot en avgift.
