It usually takes fewer than 7 working days for a new payout method to be ready to receive payouts – you can find the verification time for each payout method. Once your payout method is verified, it can receive payouts.
A payout method with no status next to it has been verified and can be used to get paid, but it’s not set as your default payout method.
If you want your payouts to be released to this payout method automatically, be sure to set it as your default payout method.
A payout method with only a Default status has been verified and your payouts – including those from Resolution Centre requests – will be automatically released to the default payout method.
A payout method may also have a Default and Pending status at the same time, which means that it’s being verified. Once it’s verified, it will be your default payout method.
When a payout method is Pending, it means that it’s being verified. Find out how long it takes for each payout method to be verified.
We’ll send you an email when your payout method is ready.
Sometimes, you may need to update a payout method or add more info. If a payout method isn’t working, you can remove it and try adding it again, or add a new one.
Make sure that the info you entered matches the info that your bank or payment provider has on file for you.
