roses et papillons - my home in Vienna

Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

Cozy place in the Heurigen area

We were checked in by Maurice on time at the agreed time. He gave us detailed information about the apartment. We were able to safely park our bikes in a basement niche. He also gave us good tips for opportunities in the area. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. There are enough dishes and cutlery so that the small dishwasher can be sensibly loaded. A kettle and a coffee machine with pads are also available. The apartment is bright and friendly and the heating worked perfectly, because it was still quite cool in the morning and evening. The location in Oberdöbling is very good because both shops and the Vienna Woods can be reached in relatively short distances. We felt completely comfortable. Josef

Very clean and tidy. A little far out of the city so if you want to walk, bear that in mind. Easy to reach via public transport though which is a bonus. Katalin was very friendly and helpful throughout. Because it’s in the suburbs it is a bit more peaceful and less noisy so that’s also good! I would have liked a kettle but managed to boil water in a pan to make tea. Overall, I’d recommend it is as somewhere to stay.
