The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Grandma Ella."

The 5* **** apartment "11° East" was newly built in 2016 and is located in an absolutely prime location between the old town of Heiligenhafen, the lake, the 5-star marina and the fine Baltic Sea beach. You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the Graswarder nature reserve. A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

Part of our holiday home is this studio apartment, which we renovated in the summer of 2019 with love and attention to detail. The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom with new fitted kitchen and a modernized shower room and has a small private terrace and its own entrance. A cozy nest awaits you in a central yet quiet location, from where you can reach everything in Heiligenhafen on foot. If you lack something, feel free to let us know.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

In the room, a small tea kitchen is integrated, private bathroom with shower / toilet is also available. Linen, towels, WiFi and parking are included. A terrace with your own beach chair & other seating our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used upon availability.
