Despite booking at very short notice, everything worked out great as always, communication was problem-free and the stay at Heilhaus Ohlenbusch is worth a trip every time - we are always happy to be there and enjoy the quiet location.

Norbert’s cottage was amazing and unbelievably it was even prettier than in the pictures. Our two year old son was so entertained by looking at all the different collected items in the cottage and even though there were many old pieces the place didn’t feel overcrowded or stuffy and it was so clean. It was a little bit like staying in a museum, but in a fun way. We were also completely blown away by the beauty of the garden. Even though it was a bit chilly when we arrived in the evening we just had to sit outside and enjoy some complimentary tea and all the flowers and lights. Norbert was so friendly and very responsive and we felt very much at ease during our stay. There is a detailed book with instructions and recommendations in the house. We found the area very nice although residential and it is only 15 minutes on foot to the restaurant street Mühlenkamp and the u-bahn to downtown. We would love to go back!

A perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend surrounded by nature! The house was beautifully designed and had such a cozy atmosphere. Oliver was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was just perfect! We highly recommend this place!

We spent a few nice days in the small cottage on Lake Steinhude. The location is fantastic - right on the water, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We loved our stay at Philip & Isabel’s place. The family is incredibly hospitable and kind. They share everything with their guests: from the garden to bbq stuff and bikes and lots of usefull tips for vistiting Hannover (great city!). Also their kids are very sweet and allready capable of sharing toys and the playground. German/Duth was no obstacle for the kids to play with eachother, fantastic! The house were we stayed was very clean and stayed nicely cool. I think we might come back next year!

Nice, relaxed, helpful hosts have created a cozy place of tranquility with a lot of initiative. The garden invites you to linger with various beautiful seating areas and both nature and "the city" are easily accessible.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was clean and in order. Communication with Marlies went very well. The attention to detail is evident in the furnishings. The area is very quiet.

A great place, very cozy! :) There was even coffee and a large selection of tea available, as well as games for the children. However, the apartment is not quite as suitable for small children, as the furnishings are not suitable for children (cleaning products, glasses, knives and lighter at children's height and laid, large mirror). It's a pity that we couldn't use the outdoor area because of rain, which looked so welcoming. It would be nice if you could also darken the living room because there is also a sleeping place there. Booking and communication with the host went smoothly. Overall a nice place in a central location, which I can definitely recommend.

Very nice accommodation. Our children also liked it very much. It was nice that there were so many toys for the children.

Sparkling clean apartment, kitchen in mint condition, fully equipped. Well thought-out furnishing details. Very good lighting equipment incl. Reading lights, the property and the entrance area are well lit by motion detectors, if it gets a little later in the evening. A nice private cozy terrace, and a special children's playground furnished with a lot of passion at the apartments (too bad we are already of age ;) ) complete the offer. We were very kindly received by Mr. Meyer, he showed us the apartment in peace. Always available and very quick with his feedback. We are happy to book here again. A fast Wi-Fi network is also available. One car is necessary. Full recommendation from us. Thanks for the hospitality!

The country house apartment was just great! The apartment is very chicly furnished. It's easy to feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the terrace. It was just wonderful to have breakfast there. Gesa and Heiko are very friendly hosts who also proactively ask if everything is great or if something bothers you. When we had an issue, Gesa and helped very quickly and easily, which we liked very much - thank you again! We would check in again without hesitation!

Great place to stay, public transports and good shopping opportunities are close. It's a bit noisy due to the highway next to it. But with closed windows it was really quiet! Highly recommend!

2 of our company workers stayed in this accommodation. In the description it says that there`s no hot water, but there is hot water. So if you want to relax, no worries this is the place where you can do that. Arne is an amazing host, super friendly and kind. Honestly recommend staying here :)

Arrive and feel at home. Petra welcomed us warmly and first provided us with beer and espresso. After the long drive, a treat. The cottage is beautifully located in a huge garden with impressive oaks. The tranquility has done us very well. We were at the market in Bremen in 25 minutes by tram. Unfortunately, we were there too briefly. I highly recommend the cottage...

We’ve stayed in many places, but this was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect — from the spotless cleanliness and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows to the well-thought-out amenities. But what really made this stay special was the attention to detail. It felt like the hosts were genuinely waiting to welcome us — every element of the space contributed to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hosts themselves are absolutely wonderful: kind, welcoming, and with a fantastic sense of humor. They gave us excellent recommendations for what to see and where to eat, which made our short stay even more memorable. Although we were there for just one night, it was an unforgettable experience. We would come back in a heartbeat!
