Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Heceta Beach

We had a wonderful time at Geno and Cheryl’s place! They went above and beyond to accommodate our family and their place was cozy and well appointed! The most fun part was being so close to the beach and letting the kids walk out into the back yard to play in the sand. All in all it was a huge hit and we would definitely come again!

Everything I wanted and more was taken care of - hosts were INCREDIBLY thoughtful! Great amenities, really comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed feeding the ducks with the food provided by the hosts. Would definitely stay again!

The layout of the home for our family of four was perfect. We loved the kitchen and the outdoor grill. Location is perfect base for going to Newport. Waldport. Yachats, cape perpetua and hikes, heceta light house, Florence and Reedsport Overall comfortable bedding. Master bed mattress too soft for me, but some may prefer that. Only downside regarding privacy is that there are other homes close by /can prob see in your windows It truly is a “ stones throw “ from Beach /ocean

This is such an amazing home! It’s quiet and private. You can’t see any neighboring houses. The beach is very private as well. We felt like we had our own private tidepools just down the steps. Our three days there we never saw another person on the beach. We utilized the hot tub and the cliff side fire pit often. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Don’t use gps to find. It’s way off and there’s no cell service. Just watch the addresses on the mailboxes as you get closer. Also screenshot the address and code before, because you won’t be able to access them near the home. We would absolutely stay here again! It’s one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Clean. Comfortable. Copious amounts of natural light inside with ample outdoor seating, including the “Crow’s Nest.” Well stocked kitchen. Nice quiet location being walkable to both the ocean and downtown. Beautiful landscaping. Easy check in and a very responsive host.

When I say I'd give this place a 10 star review if I could, I mean it whole heartly. This cabin is so beautiful it's almost magical. It was stocked with everything we could of needed. Including life jackets of all sizes for us to enjoy the Kayaking, which we did daily. With the breathtaking scenery at the cabin we really didn't need to go anywhere else to enjoy Oregon, but we did venture out and explore. Thanks to Liz's recommendations we ate at a few local hot spots. Thank you for having amd hosting such a wonderful place Liz!!!

This was our first Airbnb and man did we set the bar really high! Annette was very helpful and communicated with us perfectly. The home was very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect! Can't say enough good things about this home!

great place, furnished with love, fantastic view. only drawbacks ;-) . i LOVED the special showerhead there, yet if you are over 6 ft. 4 you have to duck - or use the other shower :-) . we had to leave

Had a great time. Both my wife and I and our other friends as a couple really enjoyed the place. The day we checked in it turned out the lockbox was broken. The door was actually open, which I didn’t realize and Lindsey had left the key upstairs, but that got resolved pretty quickly. It’s an excellent location, so convenient to downtown Florence and great parking. It’s also wonderful because it’s really an isolated unit with nobody above us or below us the only things I might’ve wanted to like more is maybe more kitchen condiments or perhaps other plates or utensils but it was very nice. The only thing I’d really like to make a point of is I think the listing is an accurate in terms of the beds themselves? They’re not queen beds they’re full-size beds. They have the length of a queen bed but the width of a smaller bed. Just an FYI overall I was very happy. I love the location and the amenities of the house was great for two couples.

We love the Oregon Coast, and we especially love Newport. Pros: Beautiful view, clean room, lovely bottle of wine left for us, enjoyed the balcony alot. In walking distance to coffee, bakery, restaurants, ice cream shop, a dispensary, cute market style store. You also have Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Walmart within a few minute drive. Make sure to check out Newport cinema for an old style movie theater too. The bathroom was nice, although make sure to turn on the heating bulbs because there is no heater in the bathroom. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it looked very well stocked with all essentials. Cons: For the nightly price of this studio, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We’ve stood at a lot of different places on the coast and I don’t believe we’re super picky but yeah this was definitely our least favorite mattress/bed.Definitely felt like a cheap mattress. We also went and bought our own pillows in town 1st time we’ve done that. All in all, we had a nice time in Newport!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunflower Seas. First of all, I LOVE sunflowers so I was super excited to find them all over the place! Everything was clean and although the space was small we had everything we needed. Great bath and shower, comfy bed, lovely outdoor area. Walking distance to the beach, too! Also, Norma was super responsive and friendly. My mom and I woke up to a minor ceiling leak in the kitchen on our first morning and it was fixed within a matter of a few hours! I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this spot to anyone traveling to the area.

MO’s space was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with clean, new equipment needed for cooking. It ha plenty of nice utensils and dishes. It was very easy to keep clean. The bathroom seemed very clean to me. The bath towels were clean, soft (and absorbent! ) There is plenty of room to spread out in the space and plenty of storage room. The location is in a quiet spot that has a rural feel, but conveniently near both Newport and Waldport…. just a few minutes drive either way. There is so much to do in that area, It would be easy to stay busy for several weeks! I very much enjoyed meeting MO and his dog. I felt safe as a single female traveler.

Enjoyed my stay will return when I can

We had a perfect stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is small but very well laid out. It was comfortable and cozy. We didn’t cook, but in the evenings we played games at the small table and watched some movies. Best of all, it’s an easy walk with the pups to an amazing beach. Ruth was a great host, and we will definitely look to stay again on our next Oregon coast adventure.

We ended up with six guests sharing this space, and nobody felt crowded or cramped. This is our 3rd year in Nye Beach, and definitely the best accommodations yet for spaciousness and convenience to the relaxed area. We cooked-in and dined-out, and the kitchen/dining area was so well appointed for our four night stay. You'll find the best food options just steps or minutes away, and don't miss the Italian place right below. Beds were extremely comfortable, furniture was generous, appliances were top notch, and whether relaxing or working, we felt right at home. Really cool idea with the hoodie "Borrow or Buy"offering. Perfect for June weather on the Oregon Coast. I was really surprised how quiet this town got at night, and I never heard a sound from any other tenants or from the restaurants downstairs. We come down down for the Marathon, so a quiet place to chill before and after, is well received. Glad we found Carole's Loft. Hope to spend more time real soon. Keith's a wonderful host!

This is an excellent place. It has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay at Newport. I was particularly impressed with how well-stocked it was and the host's attention to detail. The view was amazing and it was nice just to sit and watch the waves. I'd also recommend this place to parents of smaller children. If I'm ever back in Newport, I'd totally stay here again!

Very nice, clean and large condo. It’s right in the middle of town ( in a good way), so you can walk to restaurants or drive if you prefer. The mattress and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the sunset views were spectacular! There is private beach stairs for the building, be advised that staying here involves a lot of stairs ( up to the condo or down to the beach), so bring some good shoes and a sweater. We loved the condo and would definitely return.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and well-stocked with a gorgeous view! The beds, furniture and decorations were very tasteful and comfortable (even the Murphy bed!). Kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of linens, games, books, paper products, spices etc. The second bedroom was a little small but still comfortable. Also I didn’t realize you have to walk down the street 2 short blocks to get to beach access, as a cliff blocks you from getting to beach from backyard. That wasn’t clear in the property description.

Beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Instructions were clear, easy to access, with a private parking spot. Would definitely stay again.
