What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Monica is an exceptional host – she left very thorough instructions, followed up with us consistently, and had a magical space that made us feel right at home. The bathroom and bath tub were incredible! The neighborhood is unique with lots of DIY parks and urban agriculture – lots of friendly neighbors who were open and welcoming to sharing the history of the area and their dedication to maintaining it. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! Detroit is an awesome city, and this is a great location to experience the best it has to offer!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The 2nd floor deck was our favorite spot. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and all the basics are there. The diverse community was welcoming and very friendly. There are so many restaurants in walking distance and a wide variety of choices from standard pizza to so many different Mediterranean cuisine. It was so a great place to stay. I’m definitely booking here again on my next visit.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Thank you for making us feel welcome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautifully decorated space. The flowers, snacks, water and slippers were a personal touch. Lots of room to spread out and celebrate with family. The location was perfect for getting around Windsor easily. A peaceful oasis close by everywhere you wanted to go.

I had a great time to relax with my family. Brent was very helpful, cheerful, and nice.

This was perfect for our stay to come up to go both to the Royal oak music theater as well as visit family from out of town. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs the house was really quiet on the street neighbors were respectful easy access to 693 and to get around Thank you so much would highly recommend and stay here again

Derek was extremely responsive. His place was big, luxurious and made for a relaxing stay during the weekend with our family. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town with a group.

Amazing location in a beautiful treed neighbourhood close to wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the river walk. A short Uber ride got us to the downtown core for the upscale restaurants, but there were plenty of nice bars and restaurants within a short walk. Chris has a lovely home nicely decorated and extremely clean with a great kitchen. The laundry facilities and entertainment system were both great to have. Nothing but positive things to say about our stay and Chris’ hospitality.

Maggie’s place was exactly like described. Directions were clean and easy to follow. My boyfriend and I had a great weekend stay, and we will definitely book with Maggie next time we are in town.

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. This was my first experience with Airbnb and Dalibor could not have been more helpful with making me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very responsive. This townhome is as beautiful as the pictures, if not more. Fully furnished, all linens and pots and pans. The complex is private quiet, and close to the highway. Definitely worth the stay.

Justin’s place is even better than the photos! It’s huge and solid and so beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and will hope to visit again.

Shone's place is roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms are located on either end of the place with access to a bathroom right next to each bedroom, adding to privacy. The kitchen, dining area and living are together in a nice, roomy open area. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We had stayed once before and liked it enough to stay again, which is not often the case.

The apartment was light and airy, with beautiful artwork throughout! Completely stocked with all the modern amenities you could ever need. The cocktail bar below was an absolute gem with delicious drinks, and awesome music!
