Norbert was super responsive and accommodating. He went the extra mile to help. The place was easy to find and the instructions Norbert provided made check in stress free. The apartment itself was clean, well presented and stocked with all of the essentials - including a welcome hamper (a lovely touch). There were lots of shops, food places and transport links right in the doorstop which made exploring so easy. We had a great time at Norbert’s and would definitely stay again.

We loved our time at Phil's apartment and our highlight was having a beer on the terrace after a day of exploring Kew Gardens 😁 It was as described, very comfortable and had everything you may need to cook a full meal. The bed was very comfortable and the linen good quality. We booked the apartment for it's proximity to Kew Gardens but it's well served by bus and the Elizabeth line into central London. Philip's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent and found him very friendly with an excellent sense of humour. We would definitely stay here again 😁

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very neat, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly polite, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

The apartment Slough was rented from Monir by me for myself along with my family. At first sight itself the home was very inviting and warm. It was well equipped and prepped for almost everything. The details were paid attention to and facilities were always available. We stayed there for about 53 days, each day spent with comfort and contentment. Monir was very supportive and helpful throughout the entire stay as well. The apartment is very structurally aligned and completely worth it. Very happy with the time spent here and will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.

Overall the place is described as it is written before we booked. The place fit perfectly for what we needed for the stay.

It is such a beautiful flat - a real home-away-from home. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the flat itself has classic decor. It's a beautiful blend of privacy and serenity. The host is very communicative and helpful, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend it as a lovely spot to stay in London!

We can't say enough good things about this little flat. As a traveling adult couple, it was perfect for our needs and a great reprieve from the smaller hotel rooms we had mostly been in to that point. Our host was very gracious. We did not see her in person, but when we arrived late after driving in hectic, Friday night London traffic, she was happy to help us troubleshoot our check-in (which would have been solved if we had read the instructions more carefully to begin with) and we had a wonderful three night stay. The house specific booklet with further instructions and local recommendations and the welcoming gift of pains au chocolat, salt and vinegar chips, and prosecco were nice finishing touches. If we make it back over to that area of the world, we will be looking this location up again.

Very responsive host and polite. Good location and have option of BBQ with tools. Also good equipment in the place. Good for a small quick gathering.

Comfy place and responsive host. There is Alexa you can use in the place, with fun experience. It feels like home. The location is great, reachable and well connected to multiple sources of public transport which makes it easy to visit alot of places in London. Multiple supermarkets closeby and a (cheeky) nando’s and mcdonald very close by!

Great location in a very safe, quiet, and walkable community. Less than 15 minutes to amenities: restaurants, transportation, groceries, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, parks… The host is helpful and friendly, and was very responsive to ensure our stay made for a great holiday. The unit itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived and includes everything needed for a short or longer term stay. The bathroom, kitchen, etc. are all modern, with high-end appointments. We look forward to a return visit.

Your quick response from the beginning of the reservation, the great information you gave before the accommodation, and the extremely relevant approach to any need or help during our trip, which started with the accommodation, were very important. The apartment we stayed in was very tastefully furnished, all needs were considered, and even small special needs sets that you might forget were prepared... We have provided access to the apartment by 3 separate metro lines. 3 stops, walking distance to the house is around 15 minutes. The distances did not seem long as we walked through the quite pleasant streets. Streets, straight trees, wonderful houses, constant desire to take photos... We had a very pleasant 5-night stay. Internet TV, Netflix, what else... Beautiful Environment Good Energy Pleasant wine, beer, coffee breaks from the back balcony... We leave London with beautiful memories of Grace. Great flat, short walk from Kilburn and Queens Park tube stations. Perfect for exploring London. Great selection of independent restaurants a short walk away. Wembley Park a few stops on the Jubilee line. Great communication from host.

I loved my stay at Gemma's. She was a great host with great communication and response times. The flat was a perfect base for my stay working in London for 3 weeks. I felt safe and secure, it's perfectly self contained and I felt right at home! The place was spotless and comfortable within walking distance to Hanwell station and easy bus access to Ealing Broadway. The sky lights in the bedroom and bathroom let gorgeous light into the room and the living space also feels nice and bright! I will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommended!

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment completely met our expectations. It was exactly as described in the listing. No unpleasant surprises. Very close to public transportation and very easy to access. Richard is very responsive, and his explanations and the information he provided us were clear and precise. I highly recommend this accommodation.
