There are kayaks on premises for use. This is an ideal location to enjoy North Florida’s lake life with family, friends, or work retreat. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, covered porch, fire pit, gas grill, and WiFi if you feel the need to plug in. NOT suitable for parties or events. NO loud noise, please.

Harmony Tiny House-10 min to UF & Airport

Beautifully built and decorated, Harmony Tiny house is located close to Newnan’s Lake but only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Surrounded by woods on 3 sides, it sits behind the main home on an acre of land with a small creek in the back. You have access to the back yard with an outdoor table and chairs and also a key to the utility room if you need to do a load of laundry. The sliding glass door entry faces the backyard. Please note that pets are allowed and there is a $30 pet fee.

Lake View Apartment This apartment is newly remodeled. It features new cabinets, a private porch and lovely furnishings, WI-FI and Cable. Downtown Melrose is within walking distance with three restaurants (one is the famous Blue Water Bay), public library, post office, grocery store and two dollar stores. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby boat ramp. Lake Santa Fe is a recreational lake with clean spring fed water for swimming, fishing, boating and skiing.

Couples have access to a private outdoor shower, can walk among the peaceful garden trail, and enjoy the presence of resident horses, goats, and farm cats. Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a 50.00 flat fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service.

Private lake home on Big Lake Santa Fe is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy gorgeous sunset views. The rental unit is an upstairs separated apartment. It has a cedar interior with a cabin feel has recently been renovated with new appliances, flooring and updated bathroom with walk in shower. Bring your boat to cruise the lake or fish and tie up at our dock. Enjoy swimming, water skiing, fishing or just relaxing on the deck.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.
