Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hawthorne

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Our stay was phenomenal! The pictures do not do the Airbnb justice - such a beautiful view of the LA skyline and full of natural light. Check in was very easy and the security guard in the building was also very accommodating and helped us with parking instructions provided to us by hosts. The included parking spot was such a perk and reduced so much stress about overnight parking! Amenities such as rooftop pool elevated our experience, and the proximity to many restaurants and night life were appreciated. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Mieko was a really responsive and kind host that answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. The Airbnb was as described with lots of amenities and there was always plenty of parking on the street. The location was close to lots of restaurants and shops (an Aldi for any grocery needs literally right next door within walking distance) which was great, but also unfortunately had the caveat of loud street noise at night. We felt very safe in the area though and overall had a great stay.

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

Gave very clear instructions and place was clean. We felt very safe and it was quiet. Only negative for me was that there were no nightstands in the master bedroom and outlets were far to charge our phones. The closer outlet was behind the bed and couldn’t get to it. Great stay overall and close to a lot of stores! Thank you.

One of the best AirBnB stay I’ve ever experienced. My elderly parents felt right at home once we checked in. Everything was spotless clean, all the amenities were provided, full kitchen too. The location was a big winner, we were 20-30 min from all the locations we wanted to go to. The day before we checked out, Teresa made sure that we wouldn’t have to rushed ourselves out by the morning. We will definitely come back here next time we’re in LA!

Keith has fixed up an older home and made it very cozy and comfortable. It was impeccably clean, and we felt right at home upon entry. He had a nice basket of treats out for us, which added a warm touch to the experience…. From the start, we were impressed with Keith and his place! It is important to note that Keith was SO QUICK to respond to questions. My aunt, who has limited mobility, was staying with me, and while Keith’s place is not technically “accessible,” he helped us figure out whether or not it would work for our situation (answering A LOT of specific questions in a timely manner before we booked). Based on our messages, we decided to give his place a try. We are so glad we did because it ended up being a GREAT spot for us!! Thank you, Keith, for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a perfect place for a family of 4 , friends groups 2-4 and a couple if you don’t have an option for a smaller place! Place was nice , the patio area wasn’t at the place where I stayed or I at least didn’t see it so don’t get you hopes up about that area! Free and private parking ,easy &understandable check in and out! Quite neighborhood, Responses quick &well! Definitely will be back to stay here in the summer with my family!

This was a perfect home away from home. Lots of nice extra touches like snacks and water bottles. We had a very comfortable stay.

Very cute Airbnb very close to the LAX airport. The beds were incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house was very clean, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. Even though I didn't need to reach out to Mark he made sure that I knew how to get a hold of him. If your looking for a peaceful and quiet location to relax .... I would highly recommend this spot!

Melissa was a fantastic host--so responsive and helpful. Her place was perfect for us--clean, had all the amenities that she described and that we needed, and the beds are sooo comfy. It was wonderful for hanging out in. Location was perfect. Easy 405 access, and the safe neighborhood was quiet and clearly filled with residents who look out for one another. It is very close to the 405, but we never had a problem with the white noise of the highway, and when windows are closed (which we closed very little because of the wonderful breezes), it is quieter. Melissa was incredibly so fast to respond to any questions I had, and very helpful when we needed assistance. She even came over to help!! You can't find a better host than her. We had a 10 day stay and I cannot say enough good things about our time at Melissa's place. I highly recommend her and her place.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.
