Holiday rentals with beach access in Hawthorne

This is a wonderful, peaceful spot. Especially loved the garden. Book it if you can. It's a 2-minute walk to the ocean, coffee shops, and amazing LA food.

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

This place was such a gem! Got to meet the hosts and they were so sweet and and helpful. If you're anywhere near Ocean Ave for the weekend and need a peaceful little oasis, this is your spot! Comfortable, inviting place once you walk in and such a convenient walk to downtown area. Will definitely be booking again!

The place is comfy and has a great location walkable to really everything you need. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but still very quiet, peaceful, and safe at night. I will mention that I almost thought about cancelling before I came because of the communication through the messages when I asked questions or suggestions. When I arrived or maybe a day before, the customer service did seem to shift and my stay was enjoyable.

We stayed at Wills place for my Birthday Weekend and we had a great stay. It’s a cozy place suitable for at least 2 people and about a 10 minute walk from restaurants and other activities. Will was very responsive to any questions we had and he even had someone bring us a portable heater when we requested one on a cold night. I recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in Long Beach

Great place to stay in the heart of downtown MB. Quick walk to the beach, MB pier, and great restaurants. The place was very comfortable and clean. Hosts were responsive and really cared about our stay!

We would absolutely stay here again! Loved!!! ♥️ It was everything we wanted in a weekend getaway! We were literally a couple minute walk to the beach, as stated by others. The place was charming and had everything we needed. (The only thing we added was a strong fan that we brought, but there is a fan on property.) I worried about the bathroom size after reading other comments, but it was fine! (A bit of a squeeze getting in the bathroom, but plenty of space once you have scooted in.) Nicole was super responsive and kind. We walked to Pancho’s for dinner night 1. Great experience. (Other great places to eat within a short walk.) The bed and pillows were comfortable. Very peaceful stay! Parking in the driveway was simple and convenient. Quick, easy drive to SoFi Stadium. Short walk to Bruce’s Park. Promenade along beach is GORGEOUS! If you are lucky enough to lock this one in, you will be pleased! ♥️

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

What a beautiful home! This was definitely one of our better finds and we loved our stay. The hosts are fast, friendly, and go out of their way to help with anything! We will be back! Thank you for having!

The house matched the photos and is located in a pleasant, well-situated neighborhood. The host was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. However, we noticed a few cockroaches, and several basic essentials were missing (plates, etc.), which was inconvenient for a group of six.

Really enjoyed staying here. It felt just like home. Peaceful, clean and comfortable. I would recommend the place to anyone planning to visit LA.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for two people and two pets. we had to extend our stay and Smriti was support accommodating. Plenty of parking and the neighbors are super friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Teresa’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family while we were in town for my brother’s graduation. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed. Teresa was kind, responsive, and flexible with check-in, and gave us great recommendations for food in the area which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again highly recommend!

Everything was perfect.

It was private and super comfortable just as the pictures show. Michael was super nice. The beach is close by and the neighborhood is pretty. Would totally book with Michael again !

Second time I stay with Lisa and Joe, this time I got to meet them. They are a very nice and friendly couple, made me feel at home. I’ve asked them to check in a bit earlier as I had all my luggage and didn’t want to leave in the car, they were very helpful and accommodating. Thanks Lisa and Joe. Definitely recommend their place. We had a wonderful time staying at Nicole's place! It's great for groups and plenty of entertainment for teens/kids. Would definitely stay again.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! We loved our stay at Miguels! The location was perfect for our first getaway as a new family of 3! Place was clean, well stocked for anything we needed including a pack and play and stuff for a beach day. We would come stay again. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip!

Cara’s place was awesome. My daughter and I stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Cara was super responsive and her directions and details for using her space were very helpful (parking, keypad access, etc). The unit was clean and pretty and had everything it said it would in the description. The garden was fantastic. It was so lovely with palms, a banana tree, succulents, flowers and the gorgeous fountain. It was a great base camp location for us because we crammed a lot of sight seeing into our short time in LA. We were able to walk to the 3rd Street Promenade, Ocean Front Walk and the Santa Monica Pier, from there we rented the public bikes and rode one-way to Venice to explore the boardwalk and canals. We could go on and on and wish we could have stayed longer!

Really nice place with a lot of amenities and really quick response time. Parking is definitely a little difficult in the evening, but other than that it was a great stay!
