Cottage holiday rentals in Hawkesbury

We had a guys weekend here and it was perfect. We ended up cooking feasts and their set up for cookware is the best I've seen by far; they've got it all. The rooms were comfortable, bathroom is nice and large, and the property itself is very well set up.

We had a really nice stay at Nadia and John's cottage. The deck was fantastic, and the cottage was really clean and comfortable. The week went by too quickly.

Chris’s place is one of the best stay’ve been to. Some of the highlights were as follows but for us the biggest was the tiny little waterfall and steam next to the house. With windows open, the perpetual sound of water flowing through the stream was out of nature’s best book!! Other highlights included: - Gorgeous and spic clean home - Lots of ways you can engage kids - Completely equipped home from kitchen to baths, to games, to kayaks - Chis was always available to support and respond. The only negative we’ve experienced was that house could be better equipped against mosquitoes. We could barely enjoy the gorgeous outdoors deck or the hot-tub due to mosquitoes. We certainly dont expect Chirs can take care of them all, but some more measures like covering the bath tub area or upper deck would make the place like a dream!! That said, we are ever so thankful for the opportunity to stay here, and what’ll always be a cherished memory!

Kim & Scott’s Honey Bear Cottage is a beautiful, peaceful escape surrounded by nature. The setting is incredibly serene, yet there’s lots to do both at the cottage and nearby. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Kim & Scott were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and made everything feel easy. It was the perfect spot for a getaway and we had an amazing time. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Very nice place! Lack of towels but the rest was really great! The chalet allowed us to take some much appreciated rest time. 😀 The owner was welcoming, available and professional. Thank you very much!

This place is definitely a home away from home and a great place to unite the families! It provided all of our needs plus more. We love exploring the near towns and often when we had plans to go out we would actually change and stay in instead to relax, play games and be together. Also a 5-star mention is the communication and attention given by our host. If there was anything, they were quick re respond and help us out. We are already looking forward to our next stay! We found this cabin to work just fine for three women. The kitchen was well stocked and each room had its own thermostat. Antonio had had wood delivered for our use with either the fireplace or the fire pit. There was even a "Smore Station" in the corner of dinning area that was great fun.

The chalet is beautiful: well located, well equipped and very clean. Lots of activities to do on the lake: pedal boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. The private dock is in excellent condition, with a ladder that makes climbing and descending much easier! The whole family liked the stay. The kitchen is very well equipped: the essentials for cooking, dishes and utensils as you would expect at home! The chalet is cute: even if it's not very big, it's well configured with a lot of terrace space and outdoor gallery, with mosquito net, spa and bbq in addition. Sophie and Alain are excellent hosts: they responded quickly and helped us when we needed it. In short, I gladly recommend this chalet!

This was our second time at Stephane’s place and it was just as we remembered. A very special place. It is a great place to relax, enjoy some peace and quiet and reconnect with nature. All while listening to some great music and discovering the small amusing details. Thank you for sharing your incredible place. We needed and enjoyed our time here.

We spent a wonderful week at the Chalet Belle Vue. It has a fantastic backyard with a huge deck — perfect for family entertainment. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained and packed with fun activities like a trampoline, volleyball net, axe throwing, access to kayaks and a paddle boat. The lake view is beautiful. If you're a light sleeper, consider choosing the lakeside bedroom to avoid hearing vehicles on Route 321 early in the morning or during daytime naps. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need and more. The hosts Jessica and James are very kind and responsive. We highly recommend this cottage — a great place to relax and have fun!

Maria and Peter are amazing hosts! The place is so lovely, with an original rustic, picturesque Ontario farm feeling. Our kids absolutely loved it. We've been on a family road trip with our two kids and puppy across Ontario, and we spent a couple of nights at this farm cabin. It's beautiful, and Maria and Peter were incredibly cooperative, even providing several freebies for our kids and kale and strawberry plants for my wife. The kids had a blast with the cats, sheep, donkey, and Maringa dog. Keep in mind that the water has a bit of an old metal smell, and since it's a farm stay, it's one step up from camping - so don't expect apartment-like facilities. That said, it's such a nice stay close to nature. If you are travelling nearby Kingston, Ottawa etc you should try staying here. Maria and Peter also helped us set up the wood fire barbecue, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Maria and Peter!

Beautiful stay spent with family, quiet in a lovely house, well maintained, practical and friendly, the garden is a little paradise with the smell of lilacs that we shared with striped chipmunks and striped butterflies!

We had a great stay at Carlo’s place during our trip to Montreal for the F1 Race. Carlo was a kind and thoughtful host, and his communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The home was clean, quaint, and comfortable... perfect for relaxing after long days at the track. The large, modern TV was a nice bonus we definitely appreciated. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

A wonderful cozy cottage, perfect place to relax! Amazing views of the lake which was also great to explore with the canoe. Hosts were very responsive and friendly, we truly had a great weekend getaway.

It was perfect (5*). A beautifully decorated, large comfortable space with absolutely everything needed & then some. Very comfy beds, cozy bedding, everything was super clean, tidy, organized, wonderful amenities, responsive host…Perfect.

Host Jill was very responsive and friendly!! a real delight to communicate with! The cottage itself is a great spot for families with young children! it is approximately an hour from parc omega! it is well equipped with cooking necessities and amenities! we found rooms to be sound proof which allowed for minimal disruption in persons sleep! sunroom space was perfect for kids to play in without adults being overstimulated by noise! the beach front is clean and free of seaweed - enjoyable to swim in for all ages! very comfortable and homey cottage to stay at with your family to create memories 😊
