Great for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. The location met all our expectations and needs: In very close and walkable proximity to everything - tram & bus transportation, several supermarkets, restaurants, pubs etc. Felt very safe at all times and very quiet. The apartment met all our needs for us to just focus on enjoying ourselves. It was large and the living room was superb. We could not ask anything more from a kitchen; it had everything for us to prepare any meal. Gail is an excellent hostess and there is nothing else we could ask for. She is very preemptive and proactive in meeting our needs. The only recommendation we have is to convert the bathtub to a walk-in shower, if possible. My wife and I are both seniors and additionally my wife suffers from back and leg pains, resulting from an accident she experienced years ago. Taking a bath was therefore difficult for her but not for me. In spit of this, we would happily re-stay at Gail’s apartment and highly recommend it.

Aileen was the perfect host. Very responsive, easy to communicate with, and allowed us to get our bags in early. The Diane was exactly as pictured but even more “homey” than we could have imagined. The location was incredible and the amenities were what we needed. It felt like a slice of home away from home.

We had a lovely overnight at Ryans exploring the area. The flat is spotless and beautifully decorated. Really cosy, warm and comfy. We'd packed our own games,but Ryan also has plenty of these. Great TV too. Very thoughtful to have some water, milk, juice and biccies available. Easy to find, close to all the places we were going and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for mountain biking. Location is bang in the middle of Innerleithen but really quiet and the set up is perfect. Much bigger than it looks in the photos.

Had a great stay at jak and kerris beach house. Perfect location as we was doing tough mudder. Its a nice quiet neighbourhood and beautiful views of the bridges. Their communication was 1st class and will definitely stay again. Thanks jak and kerri. 😊

Had an excellent 5 night stay. The flat is in a perfect location in a quiet street behind the High street so really convenient for everything. 5 minutes to walk to all shops and restaurants on the High street. 10 minutes walk or a few minutes drive to main supermarkets. Did a variety of walks into the countryside, and around the lovely park from the flat. The flat is comfortable and well furnished, and the kitchen area had everything I needed to prepare meals. Fantastic accommodation in a little seaside town. The apartment is a really good size for two people, it was really clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a long weekend. The location was nice and quiet and although on the high street, it was away from any of the usual centre of town noise, there were loads of car parking available and we managed to park right outside every time. The apartment is on the first floor and you can overlook the Main Street and car parks, so your car is always in sight but the surrounding area did feel safe. One of the positives of the area is the proximity to the train station which takes you directly into Edinburgh, the town has a few good eating options and I found some great little walks. Jo our host was fantastic in communication, had great local tips posted throughout the apartment and is really friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall no complaints and we would definitively stay again.

Absolutely loved this flat. It was large and well curated. Had everything you could need and then some. Made us want to move right in… permanently!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in June's apartment. It was beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the town and in particular Jedburgh Abbey. We took the circular walk from the Alltrails App. Beautiful scenery and views.

An absolutely beautiful accommodation, comfortable & large in a glorious setting. Zoe is so friendly, unassuming & helpful. Encouraged us to wander around her lovely garden, the very old courtyard & surroundings. Her dogs & cats add to the pleasant home stay atmosphere. The breakfast supplies, tea & coffee were very generous. Zoe booked us into a nearby pub for dinner which was a good idea as they can be very busy. There are a number of things to see in nearby towns. We would have loved to have stayed for much longer & will definitely return to Zoe’s if we ever get back to the UK.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was truly incredible! The host, James, is genuinely so kind and thoughtful. He always responded quickly and when we got in a pinch, he was proactive and super helpful. The loft is so beautiful - I wish I could live there. It is an easy walk to anything you want to do in the city. It’s close to everything and in a gorgeous part of town. If you’re coming to Edinburgh, you MUST stay here. It is truly breathtaking and exactly as promised online!!

Fantastic little abode - highly recommend for a night away in Newcastle.

Ann’s place was just what we needed for our two night stay in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all the major attractions , with a stunning view of the castle. The amenities provided allowed for a comfortable stay.

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

Billy and his wife were very welcoming. We had a cake baked for us and the apartment was very clean and homely.

May was a very accommodating and understanding host. We felt right at home. The serene and quiet environment was just what we needed to enjoy a very relaxing rest after toiling through Durham during the day.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

This was a large, comfortable apartment, perfectly located for walking all over town.

Very romantic, comfortable and clean ideal for a weekend away with lovely scenery and trails. Shopping is minimal take what is needed however teas and sugars were provided which was lovely and the hot tub was gorgeous.

Had a fantastic stay and Oliver was a great host. Really appreciated the little welcoming snacks after a long drive and an empty belly. Oliver kept in touch and gave us a good layout of where everything we needed was ahead of arriving. The house is beautiful inside and we were pleasantly shocked by how spacious and open it was. Each room was spotless and welcoming. Some key highlights where the large well equipped kitchen, comfy and relaxing living room space and private back garden space with the hot tub. Would stay again any time I'm in Newcastle.

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
