Charming cottage complex

Charming and idyllic cottage by a peaceful, clean lake in Toivaka. Great for families and remote work. Atmospheric in the fall and winter, it's completely winter-friendly. Lovely also at Christmas time. Beautiful sunny yard with beach sauna and large terrace areas. Beach south/lunch direction. On the pier, a ladder for the water. A good road to the yard, which is cleared all the way to the door in the winter. Toivakka services 7 km away. The cottage is for your own use, which is why the calendar is updated in parts.

In the summertime, you can see leafy maple and yard oak branches from the windows, while in the winter, the nearby Jyväsjärvi remains on the horizon. Lovely 66 square meter log cabin with a preserved cottage feel even though there is electricity and water. The cottage has a large atmospheric fireplace. There are lots of board games for rainy days. In the summer, the best part is swimming, rowing, the lake, the sunsets... In winter, the cottage has access to snowmobile trails, ice skiing, snowshoeing, sleds, sliders, etc. In winter, you can see the Northern Lights.

A cool and personal place to stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the apartment was clean and cozy. Peaceful location and parking spot were found in the yard of the house, and another car was parked in the adjacent free parking lot.

The cottage was in a great location in privacy! I would have loved to have stayed here longer. The sauna provided good steam and there was just the right amount of space in the cottage. The dog was also comfortable with freedom and a shallow beach where you could wade. Highly recommended!

Quiet area townhouse with sauna

I was alone on a mini-vacation resting in early June in the familiar Kangasniemi church village, but for the first time in this apartment. The apartment was really quiet, which is excellent when you can sleep both at night and during the day. The sauna has airy steam, a big plus! The services of the city center are just a short distance away (about 2 km) by bicycle. The beach is closer, about 1 km. I recommend the nice "Kärräinniemi loop" if you are interested in cycling. Along the way, there is also a nice summer restaurant, Kärräinniemi tavern. The ice maker in the apartment was a nice bonus for the vacationer. :) With a very high probability, I will come again.
