Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Här kommer man in i lugnet direkt omgiven av sekelskiftets charm, linoljemålad pärlspont, välutrustat kök med stor gasspis för den matintresserade samt bekvämligheter som diskmaskin och vatten från nyborrad brunn. Njut av att sitta framför en sprakande brasa efter en promenad i svampskogen eller svalkande AC på sommaren. Huset totalrenoverat 2020. Ej dusch och toalett inne men har en nybyggd utedusch samt fräscht utedass.

The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!

From the farm you have by car 5 minutes to Hallstavik and 5 minutes to Herräng. A walk of 1000m through the forest will take you to Edeboviken, where you can take a swim and sunbathe on the cliffs. There is room for 3 people, with a bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. Large newly built private patio belonging to the apartment in the back.
