There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest.

You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

The accommodation is suitable for couples, singles and business travelers. The loft is located central, nevertheless in a quiet patio of the old marmalade factory. It is only 20m to a secound terrace.

Modern artist loft apartment over two floors with a small garden in the countryside, 15 minutes by car from the center of Potsdam, 35 mins to Berlin. On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.

We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.
