Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The bedroom is equipped with a king-size box spring bed and in the living/dining area there is another sofa bed (1.20mx2.0m). The house was newly built and is located on the edge of a small forest. The fun park is a 10-minute walk away, supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
