Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Juan

Una maravilla de lugar. Si hay agua caliente!

The apartment was great, felt right at home. Very spacious. There’s always a guard at the lobby for security. Parking is the only tricky situation but we always managed to find parking on the side of the building. Has an elevator, and easy to get in to the apartment. Has a good city view. There is also a train right below that you might heard sometimes pass. The host also owns a boat that he gives private tours in and it was a great experience! Took us to a beautiful beach for the day and even provided snacks, food and soft drinks. We had an amazing time. The host is friendly and always responsive. Great place!

Close to airport, clean and comfortable. It was a little confusing knowing which door to enter but the neighbor was helpful. Parking can be tricky but again the neighbor was able to clarify that too. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Miguel!

El lugar es bonito, limpio, está cerca del Choli y Plaza las Americas. Ella fue muy amable, comunicación efectiva y rápida. Lo recomiendo.

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Very nice apartment with all necessary amenities for a longer stay. Comfortable bed, hot shower and well functioning AC. Laundry available outside. The place has a generator in case of power outages. Neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Not that much to do. Shopping center nearby. Far from Old San Juan and beach but close to Tren Urbano and busses. WiFi is generally ok, but falls out once in while. We used roaming from our phones as backup for work.

Suzette’s place was a perfect stay. Within an short distance to Old San Juan and many beaches. Gave us a flexible check in as we had switched over from another bnb that wasn’t really suitable for our needs as we had our infant daughter hater with us. An amazing brunch spot was a 3 minute walk away which we were able to go to everyday. All in all we will definitely try to book here again anytime we are staying in Puerto Rico

Me gustó mucho la estadía, muy acogedora y placentera, todo muy limpio y ordenado, sin duda volvería a alojarme con ellos. El anfitrión súper atento y en todo momento aclaró cualquier duda. Muy eficaz sin duda

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

This home was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. Our young kids loved the bedrooms, the toys, and hammock. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We greatly appreciated the children’s books and toys. The only down side was that we couldn’t have guests come over to the house for dinner/breakfast or to chat. Since we were in PR visiting family, the no visitors rule was a huge downside for us that we didn’t notice when we booked the Airbnb. So just be aware no one can enter the house that is not included in the reservation.

Jorge was a great host! Very Responsive and provided great detail on check in process and house rules.

The place is as pictured. The host Lucy was very kind and made sure that everything was okay. My daughter got sick during our stay and Lucy volunteered to wash the blankets and the next day checked to see how my daughter was feeling. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but we didn’t have any issues with the people there. This location is close to many activities if you have a car. The downside was that there wasn’t no outdoor sitting area to sit back and relax and take in the breeze or have a sip of tea. And the blackout with no generator. Hoping the food in the refrigerator doesn’t go bad and the unknown of when the power would go back on. Lucy offered an extension cord from her place next door to plug in a fan. Very thoughtful. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at . It was local to everything that me and my friends wanted to do . The place was extremely clean . The host was extremely responsive and helpful . Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico , I’ll be definitely be booking again with Maribel !! I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend!

Quiero felicitar a la Sra. Eileen! Su alojamiento es excelente, limpio, tranquilo. El área es perfecta para relajarse. El jacuzzi, la decoración. Todo me pareció magnífico. Gracias por hacerme sentir en casa durante mi estadía. La comunicación precisa, me dejaron saber de los lugares que podía visitar. Las instrucciones claras, fácil acceso. Si quieres descansar, amas los lugares tranquilos y silenciosos y quieres tener unos anfitriones amables y atentos... NO ESPERES PARA RESERVAR! Este apartamento es una joya oculta en Puerto Rico! Parking en la propiedad, WiFi...Televisor! Cocina espaciosa que más te puede hacer falta? 🤗 Bueno ya se... quedarte aquí 🤣!!! SEPÁRALO YAAA!!!!!

Awesome place right in the center of all the action

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Tremendo servicio,amables y pendiente de todo..me ayudaron mucho y me explicaron todo bien..el cuarto estaba bien frito y limpio todo muy organizado..yo amé ese lugar me sentía como en casa es más así la llamaba vamos para casa🤣yo lo recomiendo al 100 y lo más q me gusto q esta cerca del Morro y La Placita ..me ayudaron para bizcar con tortugas ..tremenda experiencia…gracias por todo y muy amable Le doy un 100 y lo RECOMIENDO 👍

If Your searching for quiet this will not be it. But if your searching for fun, night life, and great location this is it. Instructions were very simple, easy to find, and security was great and safe. Exactly what was advertised, amenities close, full kitchen for cooking. Thank you Javier, I would definitely choose your location anytime.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

Great studio in a great location! Very close to the beach as well. The condo was very clean and updated.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10
