House holiday rentals in San Juan

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was exactly what we needed so it worked well for us. We were a group of 9 adults. Julenny was very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. We did not have a car. We preferred to Uber. It was very easy and everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. Very convenient location. The solar energy system worked out but we did have to be very considerate when using fans/AC's. The system is not the greatest so you must only use what you need when you need it.

Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be back!

So grateful to have had an amazing experience in Puerto Rico, my family and I enjoyed our stay at this place, it looks much better in person than in pictures! The pool fit a couple of people comfortably, the place was clean and spacious. The host was responsive and offered so many recommendations on what to do and where to go on a daily basis, lol. Great place to stay in

Harold’s place was just as described! Loved it. The pool was recently installed just ahead of our trip so we were the first to experience it totally elevated an already Gorgeous space! Only annoying this was one of the neighbors had a dog that barked allll day long and very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, very safe neighborhood and good location! Will definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing time spending my 30th birthday in josmaries beautiful home. Ran into no issues what so ever. There was a small black out that she made us aware of immediately and what we needed to do on our end. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, with lots of local restaurants right around the corner. Luis and Ale were very responsive and helpful, they attended us quickly to whatever we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Place looks exactly like the pictures. I loved everything about it. Bathroom in master bedroom is a tad small, but it was beautiful and I loved the shower heads in both bathrooms. Everyone slept comfortably and was able to control their AC in their rooms so it’s perfect for those who sleep in different temps. Dishes were available if needed. Very kid friendly if you have any! Had multiple Bluetooth speakers available. TVs in every room. Would definitely recommend and would probably stay again!!

The house had any and everything we could have possibly needed, such as kitchen appliances and bathroom necessities. The area is also very nice and close to many restaurants and stores. The host was so kind and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and will definitely rebook in the future.

Our host went extra miles to make sure our stay was as smooth and easy as possible. His place was easy to find. Very clean. It was perfect for a single person or a couple. Bed was really comfortable with new and clean mattress. The two air conditioners were perfect because it was really hot outside. Fresh pain on the whole inside and outside of the property. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Our host was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Thank You Jose for let us stay with you in short notice and for being so kind with us!
