Holiday rentals with beach access in Hastings County

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Rascally Rabbit in Cobourg this Easter. I stayed with my toddler and newborn, and the space was perfect for families. The hosts provided a pack and play, high chair, toddler plates/utensils and even some toddler books and toys! The space was very comfortable and cozy, with a large living/kitchen area (has tons of kitchen gadgets). The beds and bedding are very comfortable. It is close to parks, sports fields, an arena and a community center. It was a quick walk to the beautiful beach which was very convenient, as we didn't have to find and pay for parking. My toddler loved searching for all the subtle bunnies in the unit! We will definitely be back!

The friendly staff at this apartment were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room is very clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious pizza and chicken wings at Sutha’s Pizza beside the apartment. Sutha and the staff who run this beautiful place really made our stay amazing. They make sure we had incredible time and we are planning to visit and rebook again in a couple of months.

We had a great time staying in Kevin’s home. He is extremely kind and helpful! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We caught a couple of fish right off his dock! Beautiful home and really beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back!!

Great location for visiting the hospital. The unit was exactly as advertised and offered a relaxing and quiet locations to wind down. The unit was fully stocked and allowed us to prepare quick meals for the most flexibility during our stay. Fantastic, comfortable beds !! Andjela is very commnicative and excellent respose times with any questions or clarifications we needed. We really felt like our satisfaction was a priority and were never left waiting for anything. Thanks so much Andjela, we would definitely re-visit !

Kelley’s B&B was peaceful and clean. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need. I slept very well and I woke feeling refreshed.

This place is really good for a couple who wants to spend some quality time in the woods. Deafening silence all around which makes it so special and peaceful to connect with nature :) Property was super clean and nicely maintained- Cynthia was pretty quick and precise with her responses as well. The only feedback I would give is that the mattress and pillows in the bedroom should be more comfortable and probably of better quality! Would definitely recommend this place for a couple of nights for sure :)

Riley was a great host. We had no trouble getting in and out , instructions were clear and easy. The house was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay including a lovely welcome bottle of wine. It was very close to walk to the main street and market and convenient to get to by car as well.

A dream weekend! This home was perfect, and although we went for a short break for a wedding, we hope to come back because it was the PERFECT space. Denise and Mike, thank you again for your 24/7 availability, communication and most importantly, your wonderful home. One thing to note, there are downstairs neighbours, so important to be mindful and avoid bringing speakers, having TV loud or having passionate debates at 1am etc. Thank you so much for hosting us, and as past Airbnb hosts ourselves, you’ve set the bar! This is my family’s 6th stay at The Canyon. It is such a fantastic location to tour all that PEC has to offer. Walkable to Main Street, parks, Picton Town Hall market and a short drive to all the breweries and wineries in the area. Jessica is always friendly and responsive and goes above and beyond to make your stay as cozy as possible.

I frequently stay at Airbnb’s and travel a lot. I would say this is the best host I’ve ever had. Super friendly, super nice, super knowledgeable of the area and gave great suggestions. The home was unique and very nice. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area.

Our family of 8 enjoyed a peaceful weekend here. The house was spacious and accommodated all of us easily. We loved the beautiful views of Lake Ontario and sitting on the deck while enjoying our morning coffee. The house is quite a ways off the beaten track, but it was so peaceful and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We loved our stay at Doulas’ house!

A quiet place to rest your liver in between wine/beer/spirits/cider tasting. Great location, close to (as in you can leave your car in the parking) all kind of options for food, drinks, fun and more practical stuff.

Five of us (and our two dogs) enjoyed a week-long stay at Wendy's beautiful Airbnb in Carrying Place. The property was exactly as described--very comfortable, spacious, clean and bright, well-stocked and equipped. Loved the huge deck and yard (only wish the weather allowed us more time on them, it was cool and rainy for most of our time there). Great location as it's an easy drive into Brighton or Trenton as well as Presqu'ile Park; the passes were very much appreciated. The single-level home was perfect for us since our mother is in a wheelchair, grab bars and hand-held showers helped a lot too. Would love to stay again in better weather!

The place is very nice, the kids liked the small sand beach. The water is very clean and nice to swim and fish. Views are amazing, and the store right across the street has everything you might need during the stay. Goran is great in communication.

We stayed two nights. Finding the unit was initially tricky but we figured it out. The cot is not comfortable if you need it but everything else was amazing. Clean and beautiful and right off the 401. Easy access to everything. Zahid was so accommodating. We will definitely book here again if we need a place in Cobourg!

I went to PEC with a girlfriend. The unit was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed linen was really nice :) It was a 5 minute walk to Main St which was perfect. We walked to dinner and entertainment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Picton !

Great place to stay! Out cottage was a bit small in the living/kitchen area but we made due. Close to the public boat launch which had alot of traffic but that was ok. Water was beautiful and beach area was perfect. Goran was always available to help with questions about his place. My family and fur baby had a wonderful weekend away. The store across the street is dangerous if you have children who like ice cream lol
