Beautiful, new 2-room apartment in a great location!

Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Centrally located, supermarkets & drugstores, hospital, police within walking distance in 5-10 minutes; train station 2.5 km away. Nevertheless, we are in a quiet residential area. The edge of the forest with hiking trails is 150 meters away and our old town is about 1.5 km away (walking distance). Details about the apartment: 3ZKB, double bed (140 × 200) & single bed (90 × 190) plus sofa bed in the living room. One pet allowed, several on request. Non-smoking apartment, smoking possible on the terrace.

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

I can only recommend the apartment. It is totally cozily furnished and you immediately feel very comfortable. It corresponds to the photos in all areas. It is a very nice and very quiet residential area. S. is a super and very likeable hostess. Check-in was very flexible and she is always very accessible and responds very quickly. Everything was totally straightforward and very personal. Just great!

We had great time at Michaels place. His house is big and very clean. I really felt like I was in my own house. There's evething one needs in a house. Completely everything one need. it's clean, neat and well organized. I felt comfortable like I was in my own home. Michael is a very respectful and caring person he made us relaxed especially after a long journey we had. Next time I'm in Germany again, I must stay in his house. I too recommend other guest, to try Michaels beautiful home.its a home in a home.

Time out in the Kinzig Valley near Frankfurt

We stayed there for two nights with baby and dog. It was very pleasant that we were able to check in via a key safe, as we arrived very late in the evening. Communication with Lars was consistently very fast and very polite. The accommodation was pleasantly clean, we lacked nothing. For walking with the dog, fields and forests can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. You can also easily lie on the sofa bed for two nights, but you should not be taller than 1.60 m if you want to lie comfortably.
