Lys kælderlejlighed med egen indgang. Lejligheden består af entre, 2 værelser, køkken og badeværelse. Der er ingen gulvtæpper (trægulv og klinker). Der er gulvvarme i hele lejligheden. TV (kabel tv) i begge værelser. Stor have som mine gæster er velkommen til at bruge. Der er en terrasse dedikeret til gæster. Min lille hund Futte (allergivenlig) løber frit i haven og underholder gerne gæster. Hun er meget glad for børn.

Huset ligger direkte ud til vej til Aarhus C og med få minutters kørsel til motorvej E45, så der er let adgang til Aarhus og Jyllands attraktioner.
