Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hart District

We had 4 adults, a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old at this location and it was great for the week we stayed with our family. There was plenty of space, it was clean with a nice open first floor, and the hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. Instructions were clear and helpful. Overall we had a lovely time and recommend this rental. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of staying at Sandra’s place and it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more – from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy bed and sofa bed, it felt like home. The location was perfect, just a short journey to Ascot. It’s a lovely place to stay but it is a live in family home so there are personal belongings in the house. For the price it felt a bit less private. Also there is an extra charge of 140 to use the hot tub which was pretty steep considering the hot tub

Lovely stay! Very hospitable. We stayed with my 1 year old and we brought our own cot and it was so easy and nice to have a weekend getaway. Would do it again!!

We had a lovely few days at Denise’s. The surroundings are stunning & it was a perfect base for a sister getaway. Hopefully will return with hubby & fur baby next time

Adam was the perfect host, going the extra yard to make me feel at home: beers in the fridge, eggs, bacon, bread and orange juice too. His instructions were clear and helpful and his modern house felt homely and relaxing from the moment I entered - super convenient too for working at Royal Ascot which was only a 15 minute drive away. Fabulous stay. Close to bus stop and walkable to train station (if you don’t have luggage). We especially loved the balcony and marina view. Note that the unit is not air conditioned - there is a large fan that helped air circulation during a warm spell.

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at Frank’s place for the Henley Women’s Regatta which was within a 20 minute drive. Easy access to London too. Frank was very friendly and welcoming, would stay here again!, and recommend it to anyone!

A wonderfully warm welcome and briefing from Richard. The flat was small but perfectly-formed, with its own garden area. It was very well-equipped, comfortable and attractively furnished and decorated. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches like flowers and basic supplies. The free permit-parking was convenient, and the city centre within easy walking distance. Even during a heat-wave, the flat remained cool, and the busy street was, as advertised, peaceful at night. We will certainly return if we’re back in the area. Thank you to Richard and Kate.

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

It was our first Airbnb stay, we normally stay at hotels in the area and I must say, hands down, Debbie's little oasis in the Surrey Hills was infintely better than all of those experiences combined! What a treat! Debbie is a phenomenal host, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the little touches made all the difference. It was tranquil, comfortable, effortless and I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to get away from the city and explore Surrey. We would most definitely like to stay there again sometime. Great location and perfect accommodations for our 2 night stay. Easy to walk to pubs and restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking available at the house was key for us.

Dinah was so helpful and responded to messages almost immediately Her directions were spot on and easy to follow. The apartment was a tranquil haven, and exactly as described. Everything we could possibly want was available. Dinah even dropped us an additional fan as it was incredibly hot! Beautiful views from the outdoor space. Couldn’t want for more, highly recommended

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this lovely Airbnb in Windsor! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes away from Windsor Castle and other local attractions. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the extra amenities for kids. This stay truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Windsor and would definitely stay here again!

Such a unique little flat in prime location for what was needed for us and travelling to and from Ascot. Hala was really helpful sorting out our parking permit and responsive and checking in to see if anything was needed. Will 100% book again for next year

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.
