The accommodation is located on a quiet street close to the lake. Here you live a quiet and scenic life with Gothenburg nearby. To Gothenburg, you can go by car or bus in 20 minutes. Hpl Liseberg. From Liseberg, you can reach Rondo, Scandinavium and Ullevi within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Running tracks, hiking trails, and swimming can be found 200 meters from the house. Golf and large shopping center within 5 minutes. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples or friends. Electric vehicle charging is available (extra cost will be added).

Outside, you will find the balcony at the front and back as well as a trampoline, swings, playhouse and slide for the children. Large villa in Sävedalen with 1200 km of plot. Is 2 floors and basement (there is laundry room, sink and toilet. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, large dining room and large living room, TV in 3 bedrooms. Fully equipped. Close to bus stop that takes you to Gothenburg in 15-20 min. 10 min bike path to swimming. Walking paths. Balcony of about 50 square meters (extended since photos taken). There are soccer goals. Close to grocery store, 10-15 minutes to Liseberg by car. Great accommodation at Gothia Cup. 6 beds but can sleep more in sofa which is big. Pets ok.

Welcome to our villa 10 minutes from Gothenburg with large garden and proximity to entertainment, nature and shopping. The house is on a quiet street and in the garden there is a patio, swings and fruit trees. A nice swimming area is 1,5 km away. You can reach Liseberg and Gothenburg's inner city in 10 minutes and you have nature, lakes, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy at Ifiske, search for fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE.
