Welcome to the boathouse right by the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go into Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

In the nearby area, there are swimming lakes, nice walking and running trails, possibility for fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Private toilet and shower in the apartment. The accommodation is suitable for two adults or two adults and two children.

Take a hike around the Kåsjön or why not a paddle trip with our SUP and finish with a lovely swim in the lake. The hiking trail and swimming in the lake it is only 200 meters down to. If you want to discover Gothenburg big city, take the bus into Liseberg station in 15 min and the central station in 30 min. Is about 700 m to the bus stop. Note, we have a cat, she is not at home when you rent.
