Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available. The bus stop is only 100 m from the apartment and ICA you will find 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

Dubbelsäng i det större sovrummet, en 140 cm säng i det mindre sovrummet. Den del som ej uthyres består av tvättstuga och förrådsutrymmen. Enkel uteplats för morgonkaffet. Stor gräsmatta med utrymme för lek. Tillgång till gungor, klätterställning och studsmatta.
