Beautiful place: very beautiful, very relaxing with incredible ocean views. 2 bathrooms/toilets so you don't walk on each other, a large living room, 2 refrigerators, and above all, direct access to the beach. Hosts are accessible and respond very quickly to requests. Small things to know but which will depend on the conditions each time, as far as we are concerned: the 2 very beautiful bedrooms at the back are poorly soundproofed (we heard the dogs barking several times at night / cars / motorcycles passing), and the small bedroom towards the living room is very hot with little ventilation possible. But it was largely offset by the very beautiful and very soothing place with this beautiful view! I recommend ++ and I will be happy to come back!

We had a great time. The apartment exceeded our expectations, nothing to complain about... it was very clean and well decorated and lacked nothing, and the location of the residence is strategic, close to all amenities and located 10 minutes from the beach by car. We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful accommodation, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The space was perfectly suited for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. The location is ideal: only 15 minutes walk from the train station and in the heart of the medina, with many merchants nearby to prepare delicious breakfasts and meals. Chaimae and her dad welcomed us with great kindness and were very attentive for the duration of our stay. Communication was smooth, fast, and very pleasant. We will definitely come back to Chaimae. We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. Two consecutive stays a few days apart, small apartment that has all the essential amenities for a stay alone or as a couple, perfectly located.

The apartment is amazing. There is a lot of space for a family or group and the view is spectacular. We were able to dine on the balcony and watch the sunset. Everything was spotless and the apartment is extremely welcoming. It is a short walk to the beach with several cafes and restaurants right there. We will definitely stay again. It is a fabulous getaway with everything you need.

As always, my stay was exceptional. The apartment is quiet, bright, uncluttered with magical sea views, Hassan Tower, Nazha Garden. The views are panoramic and invite meditation. Brahim was as always available and welcoming. The location is ideal: a short walk to the medina, on a quiet street overlooking the garden ... Everything is on foot!
