A very nice apartment, located in Residence Ebla, one of the best locations in Mansouria - Mohamedia. Calm and Secured With it's own underground parking, a big swimming pool. Restaurants, Carrefour Market and Cafés are all just 10 minutes walk under the Palm trees. Sablette beach, which is the best beach in Mohamedia is only 5 min by car. The apartment is very centrally located. Near the old town and 10 min walk from the beach where you can book surf lessons. The apartment has a great view directly on the mer. It is modern and fully equipped. NB: 1- Info for Moroccan guests: Please only for families and married couples. 2- Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. But you can smoke on the house terrace and enjoy the lake view while doing so.
