It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Stolpboerderij on the West Frisian sea dike

This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Between Westfriesche omringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. At the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The area is beautiful. There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. Wat vroeger het postkantoor van Groet was, is hedendaags een vakantie appartement voor 2 personen. In 2022/2023 geheel gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen in het centrum van Groet met meerdere restaurants, supermarkt en fietsverhuur op loopafstand. Op 2 minuten loopafstand bevind u zich in de duinen en door een fietstochtje van 10 minuten bevindt u zich op het strand.
