Clean, cozy place within minutes walk from a dog friendly beach. it's a bit dark being on the ground floor and backing onto shrubs, but we were out and about most of the time so we didn't mind. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure, kitchen seems to be brand new. James and Viktoria had an extensive list of recommendations for beaches, dining out and dog friendly walks.

Lovely weekend at Paul’s place, so conveniently located, beach, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished. Thanks for a great stay Paul!

I had booked Marlene’s as we were coming to Sydney to see my oldest sister, other family and an event - my uncles 70th birthday. We read some reviews and thought it was safe to stay at hers for the night. We arrived very late, rookie travellers and bad planning meant we checked in late and Marlene had waited the whole day for us, which we didn’t know. We were received really well. She was very kind and the house was immaculate. We just had a great time with some family and ended up not needing to stay the night at Marlene’s, we came back collected our things. If it wasn’t for the birthday, we would have DEFINITELY slept there. Bathroom was clean. Marlene was a lovely host. Very warm and welcoming!

great location & easy to get around the city.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

house was beautiful and we felt right at home! only downside is lack of functionality for babies and children. definitely bring a towel for them and a highchair. however, still comfortable for a whole family! I loved that it was minimalistic and not a lot for my little one to get into.

Imagine waking up to the birds singing then having a cup of coffee on the balcony, watching sunrise over the quiet bay with a breathtaking view. Heaven!! photos on the ads really don't do its justice. The house was fully equipped. Functional kitchen with all the appliances to cook up a storm, all sort of seasonings, cookwares to use. Even with my chef background who often got frustrated in most airbnb's kitchens, i couldn't fault this one. Extremely clean, tidy with a tasteful decor, a tranquil view similar to that of a well kept resort villa in Bali or Thailand. Drive way to the garage was pretty steep but nothing a good driver couldn't handle. The garage was a bit short for our car (will fit a compact car), so we parked in front of it, there was also street parking. The host, Anna, is lovely and even kindly offering early check-in and late checkout without us even asking. This was the best airbnb house we have stayed in NSW. 5+stars and definitely will book again in a heartbeat.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

We had a whole wonderful weekend at Emily’s place! This house had everything we needed and we felt right at home.

We had a great multi-family stay at Luke's home. The house was as described - the heated pool was fantastic, the pet friendly fenced yard was perfect and the house was large enough to gather in one area or break away and enjoy some peace downstairs or outside. The house was well stocked and included many board games and outdoor activities (table tennis, badminton, volleyball) for all to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this house, especially for large families.

We could not have loved our stay anymore. Such a beautiful home to be in, so thoughtfully appointed and designed. We loved the short stroll to the beach and how quiet the area was. Thanks so much Amanda for a perfect family getaway.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Awesome location as this apartment is located within walking distance from Circular Quay/Sydney Opera House since it’s right at Sydney CBD. This also means you can easily find good restaurants/bars and Coles & Woolsworth supermarkets are also nearby. The apartment has all the necessary appliances we need - dishwasher, washer, dryer etc and the travel cot provided was a good size for my toddler and came with a good mattress within (which is hard to come by). Sharon was also very responsive throughout my 9 day stay and so helpful in assisting me with all kinds of requests. Her proactiveness and warm hospitality is truly appreciated.

Great location for exhibiting or visiting a trade show at Olympic park. Comfy beds, easy access, good instructions and more than one towel. Shower could do with a door as water gets all over the floor, but otherwise great. Thank you!
