The host was extremely responsive and informative and the property was lovely. Quiet surroundings, great amenities, and very quick drive to beaches, grocery stores, and other attractions. Our young daughter loved the kids bedroom and the pool was such a nice feature. We also loved the provided beach towels and toys that we were able to take with us to the beach.

Super cute place! This stay was clean, cozy, and close to the beach. Victoria was very friendly and helpful with checking in. I definitely recommend this place!

Andrew & Luba were invested in being helpful from our very first contact as we attempted to find a location close to the event we were attending. They were friendly & available for any questions prior to booking & throughout our stay, checking in after the first night to see if we needed anything. The house is super comfy, cozy & clean! It was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry & swimming spaces. The items were simple, but well thought out & appreciated. It seemed like anything I could have forgotten, they'd already thought about. It was such a relaxing & comfortable stay. Very family friendly with a perfectly heated pool & sufficient space for relaxing poolside while grilling. They even had a bunch of beach towels & floaties/vests for kids. We did forget our baby gate that we travel with, but the house is so thought out & family friendly, I didn't even find a use for it while staying. That's a huge plus! We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you both!

Steve & Boyd were very responsive, any questions we had were answered within 15-30 minutes. The area is nice and quiet, and the privacy provided by the large fenced in yard around the pool area was great. The home fit our group of 10 well, and we had room for more. The pool area was beautiful and the highlight of the home for our group. The location is 15-20 minutes to beaches and great restaurants. I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group looking to spend time around the pool, visit the beach, or check out the local area. We will definitely look to stay at this property or another one of Steve & Boyd’s if we are in the Tampa Bay Area again. Thank you for the hospitality!

My family enjoyed our time at Samantha’s place. The listing is exactly as in the photos, loved the backyard area and hot tub. The drive to the beach is very easy, only about 10 min away. If I had to critique one thing I would say based on personal preference I do not love memory foam mattresses and the pillows were very flat. Otherwise had a great time and the listing is exactly as advertised!

We had a wonderful time staying at Elena's. The check in and check out was very easy. The house was just like the pictures and exceeded our expectations. The best part of our stay was the swimming pool, the kids enjoyed it so much and use it every day! The place was spotless clean and very comfortable. Kristi and Elena were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Thank you for making our vacation great! We hope to come back soon.

Loved the house, location, pool, and hot tub! Short walk to the beach. Dinner was delivered our first night which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient after traveling all day! Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend

This home was everything we hoped for and more. The views with the pool overlooking the dock and water were absolutely breathtaking. We even spotted dolphins swimming by, which made the experience truly magical. The entire property was spotless, with beautiful fixtures and thoughtful touches throughout. From the layout to the amenities, everything was curated for comfort and ease. It felt like a private luxury retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat!

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

Second time I stayed at this property. Apartment is on second floor and has a layout that is comfortable and spacious for one or two people. Feichan is a great host and always helpful and kind. I have a chemical sensitivity to the laundry detergents used in a lot of AirBBs and the host made sure I had clean scent free towels waiting for me. I would stay here again or at another of her properties.

The condo has everything you need to have a great holiday and not spend a fortune doing it. The cooker works well and the hob is very fast. We prepared our own meals most nights and ate outside overlooking the pool. The bathroom is well set out and the shower hot and powerful. What really appealed to us when booking was the access to a pool and not having to drive to, or pay for parking at a beach. It’s less than a five minute walk across Gulf Boulevard and Joy supplies chairs and an umbrella. The pool was clean and not at all busy. The area is safe and pleasant with easy access to Indian Rocks beach too. We had a day out to Universal Studios, an easy two hour dive away. Locally there are a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance, the Conch Grill is particularly good with a very generous happy hour from 11am - 7pm. We would like to return and highly recommend this accommodation.

being 7 months pregnant this place was perfect for a quick baby moon! the beach is just a walk across the street, plenty of restaurants less than a 5 minute drive and had everything we needed for the beach as well.

The stay was awesome! The condo has an incredible view of the water and my wife and I were able to see dolphins and other marine life. The amenity descriptions were accurate. The condo’s AC blew nice and cold and the shower water got very hot. There were a few minor hiccups upon arrival but the host communicated very well and we were able to get them handled. This place is very close to the beach and there’s a Doc Fords Rum Bar right next door that’s within walking distance and has a very nice outdoor patio overlooking the water. This was extremely convenient. My wife and I spent a lot of our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony of the condo watching the boats exit and enter the marina area. The view is incredible and extremely peaceful. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Wow, what an incredible place! This Airbnb was perfect - amazing location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants, wonderful views and amenities - just overall so convenient. It was beyond helpful that Brent provides things like wagons, beach umbrellas and chairs, and more. Brent was very friendly and accommodating. We loved our time in Indian Rocks Beach and can't wait to come back!

Very strong seller communication! Also very kind and accommodating to allow us in early. The unit was absolutely spotless and views could not be beat. The exterior building itself was so so - but they are recovering from a hurricane. I would go back and give this family 10 stars for communication, location and cleanliness.
