Nice place to stay!

I loved the owner, super friendly and helpful, the place is vintage and unique, I also loved the decorations inside the apartment, although the stairs are super tight on your way in and out of the apartment, but the apartment itself so so comfortable and beautiful. The location is great, at the Heart of both old quarter and the French quarter. I would stay there again and again. The hostess is really sweet and very communicative and left me and all my 4 friends, magnets, coffee and tooth brushes. Was so nice of her.

Hôte très accueillante, serviable et qui répond dans la minute. Super appartement avec une vue incroyable de jour comme de nuit depuis le balcon. Identique aux photos et à la description. Les installations aussi sont super, accessibles depuis un autre bâtiment, l’accès à la salle de sport est gratuite, pour la piscine il faut payer 130k dong c’est pas cher mais il y a des horaires et si vous voulez bronzer vaut mieux y aller le matin parce que l’après-midi le soleil est un peu caché par les bâtiments sinon à part ça c’est nickel. Les hommes de la sécurité à l’accueil sont très gentils et serviables aussi. La résidence est magnifique, il y a plusieurs restaurants et cafés, un Park tout le long du lac. La résidence se situe à environ 30-40min en voiture du centre-ville de Hanoï et environ 40min à 1h (si circulation) de l’aéroport. La propriétaire propose aussi un service de taxi depuis et pour l’aéroport moins cher que les Grab donc super pratique. Je recommande vraiment.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

We had a family gathering in the neighborhood, so we had to be in the area. The lodging was very nice and efficient. The only problem was that shops are not nearby - one has to go to the main road, about a 20 minute walk.

Right in the middle of everything! You can not beat the location! The apartment is spacious with everything you need.

У квартиры отличное расположение, балкон выходит на небольшой пруд, тут тихо и спокойно. Нет шума дороги и караоке. Внутри все как на фото. Комната небольшая, но есть все необходимое. Уборка раз в неделю включена. Мне было комфортно жить тут целый месяц. Пару раз были проблемы с водой, но они быстро решились. Хозяева всегда на связи по всем вопросам, помогли поднять чемодан на 2й этаж (тут нет лифта). Рекомендую.

베트남 첫숙소 실패하고 바로취소하고 잡은 숙소입니다 가족여행이라 2일간 총 7명이 지냈습니다 호스트는 정확하고 빠른일처리, 친절한응답을 해주었고 방컨디션은 불편하진않았지만 사진과는 분명 다른부분이 있긴합니다 그렇지만 지내기 불편하진않습니다 최대 단점은 도로가에 있어 소음이 너무심합니다 한국처럼 이중창이 아니라 나무창이어서 소음이 다뚫고 들어옵니다 들어가자마자 노이즈캔슬링헤드셋 켜고 기절할것이 아니라면 추천하진않아요 냉장고, 티비 삼성제품 사용하여 쾌적한 생활가능 소음에 민감하지않다면 추천할만한 장소

Tea’s place is a little oasis in the old quarter. Tea arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, and made sure we checked in safely. The apartment was clean and nice and cool, and could not be in a more prime part of the old quarter, just a couple minute walk from beer street and our favorite coffee shop in Hanoi. Would stay again!

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

Phòng thiết kế rất đẹp, có gu, mùi thơm dễ chịu ngay khi bước vào, cảm giác rất sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Chủ nhà xinh đẹp, nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ rất nhanh. Bỏ một khoản tiền để thay đổi không gian sống thật sự đáng. Nếu ở khu vực Ocean Park và Ecopark thì To The Moon là trải nghiệm tốt nhất với mình

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

The place was exactly as described , good location and proactive host made it a very pleasant stay experience

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.
