Peter, the Manager, welcomed us very friendly offered us coffee. Our family room was as big as and nice as in the pic. Bathroom too. Clean with TV, Safe etc. Peter also was very helpful and cancelled another Hotel and booked a flight, due to flooding. He indeed did a great Job with all the guests, I observed, thx. Ursula and Family, Switzerland

The hotel was located around the downtown area, so the tour was very convenient. The hotel facilities felt a little old overall, but they were well maintained. The staff all seemed brave and confident with young people, and there were no special problems with communication in English. It's okay to use it cheaply.

Great location can walk everywhere. The room was nice and clean. There was a young guy at the reception very helpful, helped me with taxi my bags and any questions with directions I needed. Would recommend this stay to anyone

We didn't get a chance to stay at Hanoi Lullaby, since the room we booked had some technical difficulties. However, the hosts were very helpful and kind, and arranged for us a very good room at a nearby hotel.

Great and very clean hostel with really comfortable beds in the very middle of Old Quarters, but still quiet! We were welcomed very friendly, the staff speaks good English and helps you with any question. We would warmly recommend this place to anyone!

if I liked the place, I slept very comfortable and worked in the common area with a good Internet, the employees are very friendly, I had some difficulties when arriving and they had initiative to help me, the café restaurant is open 24/7 and also have super cheap and convenient vegetarian options, I highly recommend it

An excellent stay at Urban Slumber! The warm welcome and the staff’s constant availability, no matter the time, truly stood out. I stayed there for one night. The room is small but cozy, perfect for resting alone. The address on airbnb is no longer current and no one has notified me or sent the right address until I ask and after turning for 10 minutes with my luggage on the wrong street. But the hosts were responsive once they were contacted. Ideally located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter but in a quiet little alley.
