Beaches are 2 mins drive and 15 minutes walk through open fields. Perfect for a holiday or retreat. The village has two pub restaurants and children's playground. Parking is in the church lane at the back of the house. The bedroom is stylish with a double bed, suitable for a couple. Not suitable for children.

There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property. The annexe is located a short walk from Eastbourne District General Hospital. The main town and seafront are just over one mile. Walking distance to nearby bakery, supermarket, fast food outlets, post office and a florist make this flat the perfect place for a short stay.

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
