We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! NO SMOKERS COUNTRY STUDIO on Kings River(seasonal)

I DO NOT HOST ANYONE WHO SMOKES AT ALL. Please do not say you will only smoke outside. I do not want the smell of smoke in my units and smokers bring the smell in on their clothes, hair and skin. There will be water in the river until the first of September or possibly the 15 th. However, the campground is still a very nice place to hang out. Not classy, just comfortable and roomy. Not cramped. Relaxing country atmosphere. You can move around without bumping into walls.
