What a wonderful experience! Jeff was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly as described! The Airbnb was very private very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! We will be back next year ! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!

The neighborhood was OK - the place is kind of in between a really nice area and a not so nice one. I will say the location was peaceful - no really loud noises, especially at night. That was very much appreciated!

An excellent place and host support! It was a little confusing figuring out the keys and garage for parking, but TOTALLY worth figuring out for the location and downtown access. Very helpful and responsive host!! We will mark to stay again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

My wife and I stayed in the Koala Room for a month, and it was a great temporary stay for the price. While the house faces the road, the traffic noise wasn’t very noticeable in the room. There are plenty of kitchen appliances that made cooking easy, along with a large refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around during the day, and there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host is very responsive, and any major issues are addressed quickly. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay near downtown Indy.

Stay was great the home matches exactly with the pictures. The neighborhood is real quiet & the location is convenient if want to hang around downtown or heading over to the garage

Wonderful stay! Anna was very welcoming and communicative. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Clear instructions made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, the host was incredible with communication. She gave very quick responses and answered any questions I had which I appreciated very much. The place was overall neat, clean and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was not too far from downtown which is what we were looking for. The only feedback I have is the shower. It's in good condition but there can be further improvements on the floor and wall. Nonetheless, it also had it's advantages such as having a built-in light in the shower for extra visibility, which I thought was great. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely book again!

I had a lovely stay. The space was clean, peaceful, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Emily was communicative and respectful of privacy, and the town has a quiet charm to it. Would definitely recommend to others passing through the area.

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a great location with easy access to the highway to get to where we were going. Everything was provided that we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to this area.

We were in town for my nephew wedding in Arcadia . Our stay was very convenient. We didn’t have much time to explore however looks like there’s lots of things to explore or dine and shop at only about 5-10 minutes away. Also the apartment & complex itself were very clean and peaceful. Everything looked exactly as the pictures. The bed and pillows are always important to me and were super comfy!Would love to return when we have more time to enjoy the beautiful courtyard! & surrounding area! LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!

The place was lovely! Great space and very clean. I needed to stay here after my surgery and I was worried about my guest being able to check on me. But everything worked out great and if we had any questions for Amy she replied right away. I would definitely stay here again.
