This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and everything about this place and host exceeded my expectations! I felt very comfortable letting my 10 month old crawl and walk around which is the main reason we chose to steer clear of a hotel. Next time we visit the area we will definitely be choosing one of their properties!

We absolutely loved Danelle’s place. It was so cute and very clean. Loved seeing the alpacas. We don’t go to that area often, but if we go back, we will definitely stay again.

We had a short yet great stay here. We felt right at home with the privacy of this location. Clean and comfortable, we will definitely consider this place in the future as well.

Cozy Bungalow with Southern Charm – Perfect for a Charleston Weekend! I stayed in this cute little bungalow in Summerville while in town for Matt Rife’s comedy show in Charleston, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The bungalow had such a warm and inviting feel with its Lowcountry chic decor—charming, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax after a fun night out. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was also just a short and easy drive into Charleston, which made getting to the show super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish stay near Charleston. I’d love to stay here again!

Highly impressed with this property and Alex, our host. The property had plenty of parking (2 assigned spots right in front), and visitor parking spaces. The communication was great from start to finish. This property is the perfect location for concerts at Credit One Stadium or anything located on Daniel Island. Joe and Tracey’s place is perfectly situated between Charleston and Folly Beach. We were able to soak up the city charm that Charleston has to offer and then head to the coast and soak up island vibes at Folly Beach. It’s a rare treat to have such easy access to two separate paradises. Now let’s talk about the place that makes it all possible. This sweet couple made our stay feel like home. Everything was extremely clean, perfectly decorated and the smell was…ahhhhh. They had all of the provisions that we needed. The most appreciated were the beach supplies. They had a cooler, chairs, beach towels, a rinse-off area, and all of the little touches that completes a day at the beach.🏖️ They were also proactive and helpful with restaurant recommendations and great beach spots. Did I mention they have a sweet dog that makes you a little less homesick if you have to leave pets at home?🐾 Just book it…that is all.❤️

This fully furnished, large 2 Bedroom Apt has it ALL! A very convenient location, as our family needed a place to stay for a 4-Day, High School graduation weekend. Very well kept and felt new! Everything was clean and well maintained! Both bedrooms/linens were CLEAN and cozy. Nice outdoor deck, it was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend this apartment and we would come back here to stay again! Our arrival and communication was quick and easy! Thank you DJ and your amazing team for your support! My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon & we felt incredibly lucky for the price/cleanliness/location! You’re right next to the golf course so if you’re interested in that, it’s a quick ride to the club house (my husband brought his clubs to hit at the driving range one early morning)! There were so many yummy restaurants nearby and it was a great location from the beach (20 mins without traffic)! Susan was super on-top of everything and great at communicating! Would highly recommend this place and/or even stay here again!

I needed a quick place to stay while in town and Chad’s place was perfect! It was so cozy and the screen in patio was perfect! He was extremely responsive and flexible when I needed to extend! I highly recommend! Location is also near everything, food, target, interstate, etc.

The airbnb could not be in a better spot if you’re interested in walking downtown summerville. perfect for our 2 year anniversary. Slightly confusing understanding where to park for the first time but very responsive host. after asking for help it took about three minutes before getting a call with better directions. definitely recommend

When staying at Logan‘s place we were met with such hospitality even before we checked in. Having two young kids the days plans were up in the air. Logan allowed us to check in a little bit early so we didn’t have toddler mental breakdowns on our hands! It was beyond helpful! Logan space is a 10 out of 10 in all categories. It is the most organized Airbnb I have ever been to. The Airbnb itself is so cozy, the beds are comfortable in the shower Pressure is out of this world! We really enjoyed our overnight here and will absolutely be back!! Thank you to Logan and his wife for making our stay so enjoyable before it ever really even started!

Had a great 3 days at Mary’s place exploring Charleston. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Everything was great. Check in & out instructions were very clear. Most of the time we walked to wherever we were headed for the day—occasionally we then Uber/Lyfted back. Parking was not an issue. We parked on the street right beside the property. As Mary clearly states in her description, there is traffic/city noise. This was not a problem for us, but if it would bother you, bring ear plugs for sleeping, or choose another destination ;-) Overall, this is a fantastic property!

We had an amazing stay. The photos don’t do it justice. It was absolutely stunning. The host was very helpful and very responsive. We definitely plan on booking again!!

Trish was very responsive with some issues we had on the first day but everything was resolved and we enjoyed our stay. Loved the pools and the gym.

This was the perfect little getaway in its own little paradise. The apartment was spotless and Cliff ( the host) communicated well. The only problem we had was a misunderstanding on my part. This entire property is non smoking, not just the apartment itself, or the balcony, so if you’re a smoker, they just ask that you take a short walk(very short) to the road and smoke off property. This apt. Is located directly above the leasing office so the location is great! Close to all the amenities! Property is clean, we took the dog and there was very little evidence that it was a dog friendly complex. Owners very responsible about cleaning up after their little ones, and the dog park located within the complex is nice as well. Overall great stay and even though the smoking miscommunication that we had ( thought smoking on balcony was permitted) was a little inconvenience, we would stay again if cliff would have us! Cliff was always very quick to respond and very understanding! A++

Our stay was good. We got there late in the evening and had a little difficulty finding the place, but once we found it we settled right in no problems. We were greeted with a had written note and a thoughtful gift for our anniversary. Very attentive to text communication. Lovely area. Great pool.

My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed here for a week while we were on holiday in Charleston. The space was very large and had tons of room for us to relax and my son to play. It had a great balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool was very nice and even had a massive kids pool that was shaded. It was also in a great location as the airport was about 15 minutes, downtown about 35 (shorter without traffic) and Sullivan’s Island beach access in about 45 minutes (shorter without traffic). My only comment on the space was it can be a little loud at times since you’re right above the pool and the event room. But all of the guests did follow the rules and everything was quiet by 10PM. If you’re looking for a great location, with a pool and great area outside the city, this is the place! Will recommend to anyone traveling here especially with kids!
