There are two bedrooms as well as a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with guest toilet. The couch in the apartment can be pulled out to two comfortable sleeping places. In the 1st bedroom, there is a double bed with a width of 1.80 m. In the 2nd room, two people sleep on a 1.40 m couch with extra topper.

Hamburg can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. Downtown Lüneburg can also be reached in about 25 minutes by car.

The house is located in a quiet residential area. Parking spaces are usually always available. Dogs must be registered and cost €10 per day.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

You can drive to the vibrant life of Hamburg's Hafencity in around 20 minutes.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
